Walter is the man! He is the only contractor that we have ever used who completed his work on budget and ahead of schedule!

When my wife and I first met Walter, we were very impressed with his extensive knowledge of roofing. He spoke to us for half an hour about the poor work of our home's former roofers. While other roofers accepted our money to patch leaks that continued to leak after that patching, Walter flat out rejected our money and told us that we needed a new roof.

When we signed the roofing contract with Walter, he gave us a firm price (I've heard stories about other roofers only giving estimates with the understanding that prices could increase if they discover that a lot of work needs to be done once the current roof is taken off). The price he quoted us is the price we paid!

Also at the time that we signed that contract, Walter estimated that the job would take about two weeks. He finished in 9 days! He was at our house bright and early on day 10 to meet the Glendale City inspector, who signed off on our roofing permit on the first attempt (other contractors have had difficulty passing Glendale's tough inspectors on their first try)!

Walter's roofing work looked beautiful and through two rain showers we have had no leaks!

I would definitely use Athena Roofing again and will recommend them to all of my friends and family who need roofing work!
