I was very disappointed with service we received. Took 2 1/2 months to complete our roof. They manage to make our back porch roof to leak. Which still leaks. My husband and I decided to fix it our self. We are tired of dealing with this Company. We had a very bad experience. Would not recommend to anyone.

After a terrible hailstorm in Greenville South Carolina, we decided to go with a ATD roofing for our repairs. We had Jaron, he was an absolute pleasure to work with. My husband and I were happy With his knowledge, professionalism and friendliness. We recommend this company, and we would definitely use them again.

Donny, the sales guy, was very helpful during the pre-work stage. Very knowledgeable and service minded. Our experience was not so great once the work began. I had two roofs to replace/fix, a metal roof on my barn and my shingled house. They did a good job on the house. The supervisor made the workers redo a section because it wasn't attached properly on my house. There were some areas for improvement on the house. The crew worked two days, which was fast, but they worked until after 10 PM one night which was way later than they should have. They were supposed to use tarps to keep shingles out of my shrubs, but I'm still removing nails and shingle bits from by bushes. My gutter down spots were full of roofing nails after the work was done and we had the first rain. I was invoiced twice before the work was done. On the barn, I wanted a leak repaired. They did not have the proper size screws to replace the nails that were pushing up and they put the wrong size vent boots on. I don't think metal roofs are their specialty. There seems to be a disconnect between the management and the crews that actually perform the work. There should not be any surprises or mistakes with proper supervision, ground rules and good communication.

I recently hired ATD restoration to repair my roof after wind and hail damage, and I was very impressed with their work. Grant walked me through the entire process and even dealt with my insurance company. Good experience from start to finish.

Water was dripping from the ceiling and we'd had 3 prior attempts to find/fix the source to no avail. I went out to Nextdoor and read recommendations and ATD (and specifically, Grant) got high praise, so I called.
Grant came out and spent a *lot* of time looking for the problem. He found a few, but wasn't satisfied that he'd found the 'smoking gun' on the main problem so the next day he brought another person along and they looked further, and found it. He provided lots of photos of various things that were going on up there and he worked up estimates to do just the repairs vs to do the main roof. We opted for the roof.
They tarped so we were covered until they could come do the job.
When he came back again to do some checks he noticed some things on the 'new' part of the house - not surprising given the contractor that did it. We opted to go ahead and redo that part, too, which allowed us to change the color of the whole roof to one that matched the the siding better. So, more money, but better result!
The crew showed up at 7 am, worked like maniacs and were done by 3:30. And they cleaned up. Seriously cleaned up.
It looks great, couldn't be happier.

Had hail damage from a recent storm. ATD did an excellent job from start to finish. The new roof looks fantastic. And the siding looks great too. Very pleased with my overall experience. Suggest Atd to anyone with roof issues.

I could not have asked for a better experience from start to finish. I chose ATD when I saw the work that they did on my neighbors house across the street. I asked them about their experience with ATD and my neighbors were extremely complimentary. So, needless to say I had high expectations when I reached out to them. They exceeded every expectation I had. Ben was the agent that I worked with and he was an absolute beast assisting me with navigating through my insurance company. And that was a tall task. My insurance company went out of their way to make it hard. Ben went out of his way to contact the insurance company and smooth over all the obstacles that they tried to put up. Ben was extremely thorough and patient with me as I had many many questions about cost, timing, and quality. He took the time to walk me through the entire process. Very up front on cost. The time frame he set was spot on. And the quality will be a long term answer, but in the short term.....my new roof looks amazing. Thank you ATD and especially Ben.

My wife and I would say that we had an overall good experience with ATD. We just had them come to completely replace our roof about a month ago, and we can speak primarily to the customer service side of things. As soon as we reached out, there were two reps that immediately met up with us to evaluate the roof, explain to us the process, and helped file the claim for us. They helped make sure that we would get the most value out of our insurance, to which we did, and they were really easy to talk to; we could call or text them about anything that we needed. They were also really fair in negotiating the price and giving us incentives to help lower the cost. However since we haven't climbed up on the roof ourselves since they completed the work and since it was only done a month ago, we aren't able to speak yet to the quality and longetivity of the workmanship. The reason why we deducted one star is because we were left with an impression that the work was a bit ""messy."" From afar, the roofwork looks a bit sloppy and we found some residual trash/nails afterward, but it's nothing major considering how much material they have to work with throughout the entirety of the job.

I HIGHLY recommend these guys! Katie and Donny have been with me every step of the way, from inspecting my roof to picking out shingles and working with my insurance. Super professional, but relatable and willing to help you out with everything. They are both super great and made things so stress free (from someone who is easily stressed!) They made sure that everything was taken care of, and worked with my husbands late schedule making sure we both were included in everything. I'm 100000x confident in the both of them, and this company and can't wait to see my new roof! I will include pictures once everything is finished!
