This company is by far the most unprofessional company I have ever dealt with. The ""roofers"" and ""staff"" lack general courtesy and have made excuses after excuses as to why they cannot complete a task. After excuses have failed, they went about just lying straight to my face about completing tasks and then proceeded to ignore/screen my calls and my texts. When I called from a different phone line, they answered immediately and when they found out it was me, began ignoring calls from that number as well.

Avoid this company at all costs. If they promise that they can save you money, DO NOT AGREE. Their version of ""saving you money"", entails actually not fixing the entire roof you are paying for and cutting corners. I paid two different roofing inspectors to review their work and both stated that the work done was of poor quality and overall done by amateurs.

Save yourself the time and hassle and go with a legitimate roofing company.

Also, their office doesn't exist at that address (I should know, I physically went to visit them to see if I could get answers) and their office number is never answered. You will be sent to a voicemail. These people will take your money, give you the run around, and then screw you when they ""complete the job"".

It appears as they are doing a good job re-roofing my neighbor's home. I called to get an estimate to reroof my home, they took down my information, however, no-one has called me back. I have left numerous phone and email messages to no avail and it's been over a month.

I had the unfortunate opportunity to hire ATC Roofing Unlimited (1741 FL-7, Margate, FL 33063), to remove and replace a 7 square flat roof and tie in the new flat roof into the existing pitched roof. The company had failed 3 times at the North Lauderdale building department to obtain the permit, and after 2 months the building department gave ATC Unlimited Roofing the permit.
It took the company 4 months in total to complete the job and I was given one excuse after another that they put other jobs aside to get mine done.
Make sure you steer clear of this outfit Bishop Evans and John Quint where the 2 individuals who I met and engaged with. Edgar Gonzalez is the owner and qualifier of ATC Roofing unlimited whom I never met. Both John Quint & Bishop Evans are not roofers, but mor handymen who pose as roofers, but have a relationship with Edgar Gonzalez who is the qualifier and owner of ATC Roofing Unlimited. When the insurance company came out to inspect the property for the 4 Point inspection they found that the roof was not properly done, and would not suffice to obtain insurance......SO
I had a reputable roofing company with 40 years in the business inspect the roof and told me........ ""that who ever installed this flat roof did not have the fundamental skills to install and tie this roof into the existing roof""
I guess I have to choose a star to write this review however they don't deserve one.
