I called AYS as I requested referrals from neighbors. I am glad I did! Tim Brenner is great to work with and since we had several changes to our plans mid-stream, he was professional and was able to accommodate our requests. We started this odyssey with a water leak in the master bathroom that required extensive work. Tim and AYS were ready to tackle the job right away. All of the restoration work required several skills to complete - tile, plumbing, cabinetry, flooring, paint, electrical and construction. Tim and AYS - in my opinion - had the right people for the job at the right time! We are now complete and loving the work that was done, no complaints - would recommend them for home improvement projects of any size. And, you don't have to wait for a disaster, like us, to get quality improvements!

I would never recommend this organization. After they were referred by my insurance company, I ended up having to pay not excess of 2000 for my items being in storage longer than expected, but I had to pay another contractor to come and repair their work. I was told on multiple occasions contractors would be showing up to my property to work, yet there were two-three weeks at a time no one showed, and no one communicated with me. They didn't finish the work, and even managed to incorrectly install a brand new vanity, not using a p-trap and masking tape. They left my house a mess and broke both of my daughters' bed because they stood on them to ""paint"". All of the paint has to be redone. Light and electrical fixtures were not replaced. All in all, this company cost me more to have the repairs done than if I had done the project management myself.

I have not been able to get a response from AYS regarding my hardwood floors they installed 2 years ago as several boards are losing their finish. The AYS project manager and GM came out to my house about 5 months ago to look at them, and they determined the boards were defective. Now that it is their responsibility to replace them, they have been unresponsive. I hope this message will lead to some response as this has been an extremely unprofessional experience.

Our experience with AYS was absolutely wonderful. Shane was great to deal with and he offered to pray with us and for us during his visits throughout our project. His knowledge of the insurance process was so helpful. AYS found additional items and assisted us in navigating through the insurance nightmare to insure our home was repaired promptly and professionally. The work was done well and Johnny was very helpful and got me through a trying experience but the sub-contractor would not show up for 2 out of 5 days even though he said he was coming. Also on the first day he didn't show up for 7 hours after expected. Also showed up at 7P one night unexpectedly and wanted to work. The work actually took a week but ended up spread over 3 weeks with the frequent sub-contractor absences.

We used this company to restore our home after a large plumbing issue. We had multiple issues throughout the entire process. We were not always informed of when workmen were coming and the product used was inferior. We had so many issues that our project manager was removed from the job. We are now having issues with the hardwood floor warping and the grout cracking. Someone came out to our house and we were told nothing is covered by the warranty. They are blaming other aspects of our home; however, we have never had trouble in the past and we had hardwoods and tile for 20 years before they came! I would NOT recommend this company.

This amazing company went above and beyond in helping us restore our house after water damage!! We are so thankful for their kindness, professionalism, and work ethic during such a stressful time in our lives.
Tim and Ginger assured us that our home would be restored in a timely manner and that the work would meet our expectations. Their crews were incredible and we are very impressed with the quality of work that was performed. There was an area of drywall repair that we noticed after it was painted and Daniel repaired the entire wall and repainted it so we would be completely satisfied! It looks fantastic!! We truly appreciate the hard work that all the crew put into restoring our house and completing it by a very important deadline that we needed it by! Highly recommend this company and their awesome crews!!!

We had a very bad experience with ays mostly due to ays using subs who who used subs and no one communicated with each other. The painting was awful, floors were cut and gouged. Sheetrock was not patched correctly. Stay very far away from ays.

Pete Vance was our project supervisor. We had a very good experience. Pete Vance responded in a timely way to all my communication. The subcontractors were professional, arrived when they said they would, worked diligently every day, and did a most excellent job.

Thanks to all the guys, it's so nice to have my downstairs back.
