A year ago we made a claim for replacement window through the warranty we were given upon installation. Mike McCloud has given us the runaround for a whole year. He blamed COVID & then the freeze and then the floods. He was rude (I have emails w/his rude remarks). I would not recommend this guy or the company ever. There is absolutely no customer service. At one point, he said he was ""done w/me"". We felt there was no where else to go, so we waited. To date, he will not replace our window. I'll be reporting him to BBB, for sure. If I could give less than 1 star, I would.

Turn away before you spend. Set up appointment in advance, left work early. They never showed, did not answer my calls did not return my call! Better to know their business ethic prior to committing to spending thousands. I consider myself lucky after the frustration passed. One star to get a posting, but this a a flat ZERO for me.

could not be happier with our sunroom. other companies could not figure out our complicated roof line. took a little time but you get what you pay for and if you want fast and cheep go to Mc'd's. If you want quality and something that will last go with Sunrooms4U. Product is as good as it is advertised and the copany takes the time to make it right.

We have had our garden room for over 30 years. It is a place that we spend most of our time in and use it for meals and enjoyment. The few repairs that we have had were done in a timely manner and very professional. I have no complains and if I had to get another I would have the same company do the work. Ed Hamlin

The only reason they get two stars is that I do like the end product. However, their customer service is abysmal. Broke a window in April due to a rock being thrown by my lawn mower. Took until September before they could be bothered to come out and install replacement. Installer promptly broke the replacement. Didn't get the replacement until November. Come on, 6 months for a replacement window? You will never talk to the franchise owner. He has a palace guard that ensures he never actually has to interact with a customer personally. There are far better choices out there if you want a sunroom. Too bad for them. I'm buying a new house, will want a sunroom for it. Guess who I will not be using.

We purchased our building Jan. 2015 expecting completion within 4 to 8 weeks. A crew came out in April and put up the frame. June 11 a crew arrived (two months late) and worked about 1/2 day then left saying they would not be back until today June 15. Today no show, no call, took all day to get a response from sales. Their customer service sucks. If possible, I would return the material and look elsewhere for a sun room.

To say ""worst follow-through ever and support for Austin, TX"" is a compliment. The facts will speak:

(a) Project contracted in Nov. 2012,
(b) Installation occurs Oct. 2013,
(c) Constant LEAKS and FLOODING through June 2014,
(d) 10+ emails and calls either ignored or issue unresolved,
(e) Significant personnel turnover at Sunrooms 4U - no one is on point to follow,
(f) Leadership passes accountability around - no one steps up to close,
(g) Sunrooms 4U cashed our Austin check within days of issuance, but takes weeks to follow-up, and months to install a simple project
(h) Contract language and terms unfavorably positions Sunrooms 4U over customer

All and all, my opinion is that Sunrooms 4U lacks professional work ethic and customer service. The customer is certainly an after thought - money talks there.

The situation is so sad that we even considered going to litigation during the first year of our quasi-relationship - Just imagine paying for a project that doesn't get started until almost 1 year later? (And no one at Sunrooms 4U seemed to care either).

Why we did the project you ask? This San Antonio location appears to have an ""exclusive"" with the original equipment manufacturer (OEM) and there is close to no other option for these projects in central Texas.

SO, IF YOU ARE OUTSIDE THE SAN ANTONIO (METRO), please take a very serious look and reconsideration when thinking about embarking on any kind of business with Sunrooms 4U, San Antonio, TX.
