Assured Roofing came out and fixed all of our wind damage to our roof with in 2 weeks of requesting their service. The estimate was extremely reasonable and we're so grateful to have our home back to looking beautiful again. Extremely grateful. Highly recommend this company.

My wife hired Assured Roofing Pros and we had our roof scheduled to be replaced in February 2025. I received a call from Corey, the owner of Assured Roofing, to tell me they were going to delay the tear-off as we were expecting rain, I called him crazy and questioned him until later that night it started raining. Once the job started, they found and repaired the termite damage we expected, and after a city inspection, they were able to complete the roofing in three days. The next rain hit and this time I had a new roof to protect my house.
When the job was done, I asked how he knew it would rain, and he told me he watches the weather channel for fun. Even if he was joking, it makes sense: Roofing, Rain, Weather; he needs to be on top of his business, and he is.

I'm shocked after reading some of these reviews. I guess these folks were hoping for a bogus insurance report. These guys have integrity and do things the right way.

A+ experience with Assured Roofing. They came out on-time, found a cracked roof tile with their drone...and fixed it same day. Incredible professionalism and service...I couldn't recommend them enough.

Assured roofing did an excellent job repairing our roof. They were timely showing up to get started at 8:00 each morning and cleaning up prior to leaving each evening. I recommend and would definitely use them again if needed. Overall great job.

1/7/25 wind ripped part of new roof off. AAA sent out Assured Roofing, they came out just, received the report from AAA. Assured Roofing told us one thing but turned in a report saying something total different. They stated the roof was not installed properly but poor workmanship. Know one is trustworthy when you are in trouble. We honestly pay for insurance to have protection but where is your help when needed. A tarp is in place now and it's raining.

Same one star review as the others. AAA sent a guy out to inspect my roof for wind damage. When he arrived and got on the roof for 20 minutes, he then proceeded to tell me I needed a new roof......for 30K. I told him the roof wasn't very old and I just wanted the wind damage repaired which AAA told me I was covered for. He said he'd give all his information to AAA. It's been a week and I haven't heard from AAA or Assured Roofing. We are about to go into the rain season and i'l like my roof repaired. Why is AAA recommending Assured when they don't answer their phone.

Showed up per my insurance company, pretty much said it would not be covered BEFORE looking at the roof. Same as all the other reviews.

My insurance had this company come out and do a roof inspection for a leak I had. Insurance informed me that the damage was not covered by my insurance and would I like the quote Assured Roofing Pros provided, which I said yes. I tried calling them to have them come out and do the repairs to my roof. I called them 3 or 4 times leaving messages to which no one returned my call. Today I had another roofing company for an estimate and my roof will be fixed before the rains next week. Hope you guys get better at responding to customers.
