I have waited to do a rating of the roofing work to see if, after a significant storm, the roof would stand up.

A couple of weeks ago Fort Lauderdale/Oakland Park area had a 500 to 1,000-year rain storm with over 25 inches, basically over 2 feet of rain to fall in less than 24 hours. Plus, other amounts of rainfall over the course of days add to the issues of stormwater run-off with massive flooding thru out.

I also had Assured Contracting install ""2"" two backflow flaps into the sewage lines to stop raw sewage from the City lines from coming back into the home.

I can saw that both of these actions passed the test of Mother Nature.

So I can recommend this company for roofing and backflow flaps into sewage lines, both of which can protect your property.

The worst!! Not only was the workmanship horrible they were extremely rude about it. I added a new bathroom into my house.

-The new walls are slanted
-Bathtub is not level
-Caulking is coming up 2 weeks later
-Damage of outside property
-Promised demo would be done by a certain date, then it wasn't. They started showing up unannounced the day after I came home from the hospital with my new born baby. Drilling, knocking, knocked out my power....
-They had to redo the tile three times around the tub because the workmanship was sooooo bad.
-so much more!!!

I am very understanding when mistakes happen, but they were soooo nasty about it to me. They made it seem like it was my fault their guys kept messing up.

Even if they offered me free work I would never use them. Also many of the positive reviews here are made by people who work for their company or their friends. Most of their reviews are fake and they even created a second profile to get rid of the bad reviews and then had Yelp take the reviews down.

We hired Assured Contracting to put in four hurricane windows and to put a door and windows on our lanai. We are very happy with the result. The job was reasonably priced and was completed in a couple of days. All the workmen were polite and punctual. They also removed our hurricane shutters, installed an outside light over our lanai door, and painted where they needed to. All debris was promptly removed from our property. I would certainly hire them for another job.

Great company! I contacted assured to quote installing a vent in the center of our house due to a renovation that was occuring. They came out very quickly (called on Friday, they we on site Tuesday). They gave an extremely competitive quote, but also the estimator/contractor James was very professional, sure of his capabilities and willing to do the work the next day. I was expecting James at 8am the next day, due to another job he did not arrive until an hour later but was professional enough to call at 7:45 and let me know ahead of time. The job went very well and James looked at a couple of areas I was concerned about (it's a 60 year old roof). James presented a couple of options from most economical, to most expensive that would extend the roof life another decade. I decided to hire assured AGAIN! They came out the next week, resealed a flat deck that collected water and the. Coated everything with a silicone sealant. The roof went from a tired terracotta color that worried me to death about possible leaks to a beautiful white roof with an great coating that has been complemented by the neighbors many times this week. As a bonus, the owner Luigi stopped by and through in a 4point and wind mitigation survey for us! Just fantastic, ethical people. You don't find that offten... On a side note, I usually spend weeks researching a $200 cell phone, they had fair honest prices that had me agreeing to work with minimal research time. I'll recommend them to neighbors, and other investors without hesitation.

Just had my lanai enclosed with Hurricane Glass sliders, new screens including removal of pull down shutters. I can't say enough good about these guys. Great professionalism and workmanship. A big thank you especially to Jose and John who worked from 8am-5 and till 6 the 2nd day making sure the job was done correctly. I'm also appreciative they came to work at all in these trying times. From Greg the salesman to Giovanna and Mauro behind the scenes, kudos to you all.

Luigi, the owner, has proven that he is a man of his word. After becoming aware of my earlier review, he reached out to me and asked how he could ""make it right."" He subsequently met with me and reimbursed us for overpayments made to his former employee. In addition to the foregoing, he finished the work his former employee previously abandoned to our satisfaction. Thank you Luigi.

I have to say talking to the owner Abe made me a big fan of this company. Abe and his crew are one of the MOST professional groups I've ever met and worked with. He spent much more time & was very attentive to detail with my project. The installers were fast, clean, & my home is now safe from hurricanes. 5 stars all day!!
