I had to go up on my roof to take out some wasp nest. This is when I discovered that they had not covered the flashing on my roof in some areas. I have called, emailed and absolutely no response from them.

Just want to let people now that this company did a job on my house broke a gutters on front of my house and they say that they will send somevary to fix it's Ben a month and still no show to fix also let some nails expoxed on my family room it like this they get your money promise you that they will fix any damage but they just don't care so becarefull whit this company call assurance roofing

I knew I had a problem when i saw shingles on my yard after wind storm. I received several bids and Assurance roofing was the only company to meet with my adjuster at my home. Even though my claim was denied I wanted to install a new roof for resale value. The communication was great. The crew was very efficient and professional. They spent a lot of time cleaning up to the very last nail. The whole process was easy and seamless. You can tell this company takes pride in their work!

Assurance Roofing did and awesome job working with my Insurance Company and getting my roof sorted out after a storm damaged it in 2014. They warranty their work which is good as Texas weather is brutal but so far when there have been issues they have responded promptly and acted in good faith to attempt to sort them out so I am happy to recommend them if you need a roof done in Austin. Some may question giving a full five stars to a provider when issues have, in fact, come up but I am recognizing that mistakes happen and some things are beyond a company's power to control so, as long as they keep standing by their work, I will let them keep the stars they earned with the great initial service and prompt follow-up on issues.

If I could give less than a one star for this company I would. I had Assurance come out and fix the roof on a historic property that my family purchased. It has leaked since day one and they have refused to fix it. I have called and called and they ignored my calls. When they finally got back to me they disappeared again for weeks at a time. They even had the owner come out and he said he'd get back to me which again was a flake. The the owner had a general manager come out who said he'd get back to me and he never has. In the mean time I still have a leaky roof, my house keeps getting damaged and I'm out $16k with a 5 year warranty that the DON'T stand by.

In January 2017 said they were finished installing a metal roof on my home in San Antonio. Later that month my HVAc technicians told and showed me how some of the vent pipes through my new roof were not attached properly to my gas water heater. The techs went on to say that leaking gases were a health risk. I contacted them and they fixed it. In April of 2018 my Electrician was installing a new light in my Attic and found two ""LIVE' electrical wires hanging down from the bottom of my metal roof where they were once attached to my attic exhaust fans. This also was a risk to me and my kids moving things in our attic as well as a fire hazard. I paid $200.00 to fix this hazard.

Assurance did a great metal roof, but a very poor final inspection. Further they never told me about eliminating my attic exhaust fans. I have sent emails to this company but they have not written back, called me, or contacted me in any way. Be aware of their lack of a quality ""finished"" product.

My wife and I can't say enough about Mike Reagan (Project Manager) and his crew led by Isidrio. Mike has been tediously repairing our roof for minor leaks for a few years and we finally decided to replace the roof instead of chasing leaks. Mike helped us with our insurance claim and even recommended a public adjustor to deal with our insurance company. The end result is an outstanding looking metal roof at a very reasonable price. We joke that we hope the roof lasts until we croak. Mike also helped us update a roof on a house we flipped. We trust assurance roofing and will definitely use them in the future.
