Stay tuned to this spot as I gather the emails, photos, future Rebuild Florida Complaint Forms, Future Rebuild Florida Fraud Report Form and other material facts on the incomplete status of my home, considerable damage done after project start (so cleverly left off the Scope), manipulated Opt-Out document, theft, vandalism and other life-changing issues that occurred after I put my trust in this company believing them to be my salvation after damage from hurricane Irma. I have hundreds of photos, emails and texts to support my claims. I called the owner, Jim (also the registered agent for service of process) and he had no idea and actually sounded like a nice guy. Apparently, Assist2Build and Rebuild Florida (now Florida Commerce since #RebuildFlorida is under investigation already for fraud) isn't used to disabled folks having the education and resources to defend themselves. I will not be victimized after waiting this long for the help that was promised and approved. I begged them not to do this to me because they KNOWWWWW the home is incomplete and much of the damage was done by unsupervised subcontractors let loose in my home. Many attempted fixes took 3 or 4 failed attempts. There were four (4) floods caused by plumbers (who will also get a review), considerable electrical damage to the house and it's contents when they used my compromised electric instead of properly using a generator, and even used new carpet for a drop cloth and left the chunks and dust in there (then it flooded 4 times afterward).Most subcontractors had no respect for me, my home or belongings.

It may take some time since I am being returned to an incomplete home, that is flooding with every rain, rotting, moldy and filthy, after being in an auto accident that totaled my car with serious injuries, but I will put the facts out there, here, and at https://assist2build.services/
