I did have my roof completed by Aspen Roofing in August of 2020, after a major leak that left me with a 4' hole in my dining room ceiling for over a year while I played tag with the City of St. Pete. I now have a leak and tried to call Aspen. I get through, but am informed they are no longer in Florida, but do have a crew taking care of issues here. I have left messages, but do not get a reply. Today I spoke to Alex, who has always been very helpful to me. I have sent him pictures of my leak, and he said he will pass them on to someone with the crew still here in FL. I have doubts that will happen. I think Aspen needs to be held accountable to all of the contracts they entered into in FL and want to know how to go about this.

BEWARE - has not honored contract.
Entered contract to replace roof & gutters July 22, 2020.with $1,000 deposit. Promised completion by end of September. When nothing was done by end August, I called and was told they were backed up with Covid and would start soon. Mid-September I asked if they got the permit yet. They said I needed to sign a 2nd form so they could apply and someone would be here soon with document (soon was early Oct).
I called and told them I had many leaks ruining the interior. I asked if they could at least put some tarps up - said sure (never done). Toward the end of October I could not get anyone in Florida to answer the phone. I then called the home office in Pennsylvania and was told the head of the Florida office would call me back quickly. He called back and said with Covid and Hurricane repairs in Louisiana, which were more lucrative - labor was in short supply. He would let me know when they had a crew available. When he finally got back to me in November, he said they would need to cancel contract because they quoted price too low
**As per contract - all parties have to be in agreement in order to cancel and we would not agree. They then sent $1000 to us and we refused acceptance of letter.
So as it stands in February 2021 we have a binding contract which they are not honoring.

I signed a New roof contract and paid a deposit of $3,630.00 on June 20, 2020 with Aspen Home Improvement (aka Aspen Roofing) and was told it wouldn't take long to complete. It is now November 30, and I paid all the money and my roof is still not complete. A month after signing the contract (July 23, 2020) I called and spoke to a District Manager Jonah concerning the delay. He told me it would take 2 - 3 months to complete. I know we are in the middle of a pandemic but come on 5 months now. After talking to Jonah and because of the delay another Manager name Mike came and put a blue tarp on my roof. The tarp lasted about 1 month so I called back (August 25, 2020) and was informed by Monica that Mike would come back and redo the tarp. Mike didn't call until September 24, 2020 and said he would came do it next week in which he never came. I called and called and called every number for Aspen I could find. In early November 2020, I even called the National Headquarters for Aspen Home Improvement in Pa and spoke to Susan who is the Assistant to the owner David. She told me someone would call me soon and Jonah finally did. A couple of weeks after Jonah called a Supervisor Alex called at 3:35 pm to say they would come that day to deliver the dumpster between 4 - 5 pm. I stopped work and rushed home thinking finally I will get this job done. The dumpster didn't arrive until 6:35pm, wasting valuable time in which I could have gotten paid completing a work project. Over the course of time, the tarp had been shredded into spaghetti like pieces and blown all over my yard, vehicles, shrubs, flower beds, neighbors yard, and clogged up my gutters. They came and started the roof repair ( WITHOUT MASKS IN THE MIST OF COVID-19) around Nov. 19, 2020 but failed the 1st inspection because they were not doing the job right. Then when they thought they were finished, as a home owner, I stopped them from leaving to show them, they had to put a required breathing exhaust on the roof. Then I had to tell them to close up a hole they left open on the swell of the roof. Then they failed the final inspection because they didn't connect and seal the metal that connects the porch's roof top and the wall of the main building. On Nov. 24, 2020 Supervisor Alex scheduled the crew to come back out on Nov 25, 2020 to correct the problem, but they never did and when I called Alex he never answered. Then they were suppose to come on Nov 28, but again a no show or call or answering my calls. I have moved pass being upset. My property has been damaged, as a senior citizen i have been taken advantage of, and it is hard for me to get any sleep because of the way this Company has treated me. I made a mistake hiring Aspen Home Improvement. I made a BIGGER MISTAKE paying them all the money before the final Inspection. Please don't make the same Mistake I did.
