Aspen Roofing & Exteriors finished our roof in less than one day. It was nice to have Jacob oversee the whole project and answer questions all the way to clean up. The job looks professional. Everyone was polite and helpful; Aspen's team did all the negotiations with insurance, too.
Glad to to have a new roof over our heads.

Outstanding virtual sales process. During this time of a pandemic I didn't want to have a face to face conversation with Paula, our sales person. She was very thorough and her expertise was by far the best we could of asked for. The entire process from initial appointment through financing was a piece of cake. If you think you have roof damage call them for a free inspection.

The Dallas office manager Shay has the patience of a saint she can schedule, reschedule... work around at any obstacle that presents. I couldn't find a kinder soul than Danny who did the initial assessment on my roof following our storm with 70 mph winds and incredible hail damage..... that left us without power for 4 days and feeling like we were in the zombie movie. He met with my insurance claims adjuster. Wes walked my property with me, the most attention to detail guy! What I like best besides the beautiful roof that I now have on my home, Aspen gives you your own project manager ...Jacob on site, tended to every question every possible detail that I needed clarification on. if you need to find a roofing company I highly recommend this group unbelievable customer service from everyone I encountered.
