I have a home that was in dire need of a new roof. I have learned that good reviews do make a difference. I contacted Carlos, and he sent his Father to take a look. I was waiting for funding from an inheritance to come through. I scheduled it to be done the week my funding was supposed to come through. Naturally we were going to get rain. Carlos called me to asked if they could at least take off the existing roof (3 layers in some areas) and put down the under layment to insure no leaks. I reminded him that the funding wouldn't be till the following week, he had no problem with it. His crew arrived promptly at 7 and got to work. The workers were respectful and hardworking. Even though it was a miserable day out, raining on and off .. they pressed on. His workers did a pretty impressive job cleaning up daily. In 3 days I had my roof complete. The price was competitive and fair. This is a family business, so a lot of pride is exhibited. Thank you for your patience and kindness Ascent Roofing. I can sleep knowing my roof is secure!

We had several bids to do our roof. It's a difficult decision because it's a lot of $$ and you want to pick the right one. Ascent was responsive and courteous, and did right by us taking proper care of the old roof. It's from 1952 house and needed some wood replaced. They were good communicators and kept us informed. They were flexible and agreeable and just very decent people. We were completely happy with the outcome. 5 stars for this guys. Hard work well done.

Installed a new roof and repaired damaged wood underneath.

This was my first time replacing a roof. Offered a fair price, and answered all my questions -- there was a misunderstanding on my part and Carlos and his father actually took me up on the roof to show the damaged wood that looked fine from below but was actually left over termite damaged wood that had been covered up.

I appreciated their patience and hard work. I strongly recommend this company for roof replacement.

I am so very pleased with Carlos from Ascent roofing. If you are looking for a price that won't empty your child's piggy bank call Carlos from Ascent Roofing. He is very easy to work with, extremely knowledgeable, and very curtious. His crew was also very impressive. They answered any questions I had. What I found very interesting was the entire Ascent Roofing team seemed to really enjoy what they were doing. I also was very impressed with the Owens Corning materials and Warrenty that they used. I highly recommend Ascent Roofing. If you are in need of a roof include Ascent Roofing in your roofing bids.

UPDATED REVIEW:Original review still stands...Carlos responded to that review saying their company advises their clients ahead of time when there are issues like plywood being to thin for the required nails...
This is a lie in this case...Carlos, Jose, and any of the employees you had out on this roof replacement job never said anything about the plywood being to thin or possible options to alleviate the issue until after your B/C teams completed the initial half assed job of 3 days...your crew punctured the nails all the way through, not just having the nails stick out but splintering the wood underneath where the 100's of nails stuck out....your company only mentioned the thickness of the plywood and the issues that could be caused by it when Jose came out on the 4th of 6 days on a project that was promised in 3 days...to fix everything your crew did wrong... doesn't do any good to say oh yeah your plywood is too thin after you've already stuck the nails all the way through and damaged the wood all the way around the house and garage...I would of been happy to explore any options that would of resulted in a completely smooth finish as a job like this should of been done in the first place, but you guys didn't bother to communicate any concerns with your client...bottom line is your crew didn't even notice how thick the plywood was until they completed the job and noticed they had punctured the nails all the way through.
This is why your company gets one star, because you can't even acknowledge what you did wrong let alone apologize for it

These people are amazing. They came out gave us a good quote. Easy to schedule the roof replacement. The job was scheduled for two days, but they managed to get it all done in one day. Outstanding. Would highly recommend easy to work with and responsive.

Love my new roof. It looks great with my new exterior paint job. Alpha gave me a great quote and after seeing the other reviews on Yelp and Google, I hired them for my project. Thank you to Carlos and his crew for doing such a fantastic job and being easy to work with. The crew was here on time and cleaned up after each day's work. I would definitely recommend them.
