UPDATED REVIEW:Original review still stands...Carlos responded to that review saying their company advises their clients ahead of time when there are issues like plywood being to thin for the required nails...
This is a lie in this case...Carlos, Jose, and any of the employees you had out on this roof replacement job never said anything about the plywood being to thin or possible options to alleviate the issue until after your B/C teams completed the initial half assed job of 3 days...your crew punctured the nails all the way through, not just having the nails stick out but splintering the wood underneath where the 100's of nails stuck out....your company only mentioned the thickness of the plywood and the issues that could be caused by it when Jose came out on the 4th of 6 days on a project that was promised in 3 days...to fix everything your crew did wrong... doesn't do any good to say oh yeah your plywood is too thin after you've already stuck the nails all the way through and damaged the wood all the way around the house and garage...I would of been happy to explore any options that would of resulted in a completely smooth finish as a job like this should of been done in the first place, but you guys didn't bother to communicate any concerns with your client...bottom line is your crew didn't even notice how thick the plywood was until they completed the job and noticed they had punctured the nails all the way through.
This is why your company gets one star, because you can't even acknowledge what you did wrong let alone apologize for it

These people are amazing. They came out gave us a good quote. Easy to schedule the roof replacement. The job was scheduled for two days, but they managed to get it all done in one day. Outstanding. Would highly recommend easy to work with and responsive.

Being a retired Engineer, I am very familiar with roofs but most importantly quality. I researched countless roofing companies for the past 2 years. Received about 12 quotes and I have to share with you that Alpha Roofing was hands down the best quality, best priced, amazing 25 year warranty and a pleasure working with.

For those with roofing or impending roofing issues.... consider this company and/or stop by my place to see for your self (746 Avenida Solaria Chula Vista, 91910).

Expect a job of this magnitude can be messy with many nails array. However, this company minimizes this expectation and conducts daily clean up. The management is very involved and the workers posses a high degree of craftsmanship.

It was a pleasure having them replace my entire roof in just a few days and folks.... I had a solar panel system remove and re-install. If my rental property ever needs a new roof..... you can rest assure I will be giving Carlos a call and Alpha roofing will be there to replace it.

Alpha Roofing came highly recommended from a family friend that only uses Alpha Roofing. I called three roofing companies for estimates. Alpha roofing not only came in with the best price they went through the various line items so I could understand all the costs associated with a roof job. They showed up on time and as discussed. They cleaned up everyday and after the entire project. They were very generous and left me some extra pieces of roof tile so I could easily replace roofing that got broken. My roof looks fantastic. They are very knowledgeable and the job went very smooth! I would recommend them to anyone!

My neighbor hired this company and had to kick them off his roof due to their bad installation techniques. He had an independent inspector take a look at their work and the inspector came to the conclusion that the roof needed to be scraped again and done by a licensed contractor. He also told my neighbor that if he reports Alpha they will likely lose their license.
They did a horrible job replacing the fascia and plywood. Bad cuts everywhere and then tried to cover things up with wood bondo. They used staples on the underlayment even though the underlayment itself clearly states staples are not to be used. They rushed to try to cover everything up with the roofing after my neighbor questioned what they were doing. They put up shingles and didn't just nail in the nail strip of the shingles. They nailed wherever they felt like it and would never be under warranty due to the poor installation. Please stay away from this company and save yourself the headache. I know my neighbor wishes he did.

Excellent service!!!!! Very professional and friendly. Alpha roofing started my roof on a Monday and by Tuesday afternoon it was finished. They took off the old roof and replaced it along with adding 6 vents to help keep the attic cooler in the summer months. Their pricing is reasonable I would definitely recommend to my friends.

My project had a couple different problems to solve, and Carlos was very detailed about giving multiple solutions to solve these problems. Material specs were provided to allow detailed research to determine the best solution for my project.
