Recommended Customer Reviews

I liked everything about this business, very professional, fair price, and excellent work done promptly as agreed.

As a professional stucco inspector, I endorse Bruce Brown and Asars and the great job they have done for my clients over the past 15 years. Bruce Brown is the go-to guy in the Industry and this is known by the warranty companies, Contractors, Realtors, and Stucco Inspectors. His estimates are as detailed as you will get and Asars work meets or exceeds any Industry standard. His most important offering is that his company specialized in quickly reviewing our stucco reports before giving an estimate and then zeroing in on just what needs to be repaired, not running up the bill as alot of other less competent contractors will do. As for ""Stucco Bond Companies"" in Atlanta, steer clear...Bond companies who do their own work and inspections and charge you to guarantee their work are a blatant conflict of interest, full of fine print and poor customer service, and should be steered clear of. Asars ability to make repairs and improvements are unmatched in the Southeast. Highly recommended by this Inspector!

I have known Bruce Brown, Owner, and worked with Asars for over 25 years in the real estate industry. They are fair, knowledgeable in the stucco industry, well respected, and honest. I have never had complaints about their work and they have probably worked on 20+ homes for me ranging from 3M-300K. Hard to find honest folks sometimes but they stand behind what they do.
Keep up the good work!

I got several quotes and had a lot of EIFS work done on a house I bought.
Asars was more expensive, and I didn't really have full control over he was used, as it was controlled by the seller mainly.
But I got a quote from them and it was professional and certainly the most informative. I would have preferred to go with them from the beginning.
In any case, the first job was done well as far as flashing, cutting and sealing, and I think the quality was superb, but a few areas were left out. The other company came back and completed an area near my AC that actually had a root growing into it that they had failed to notice, seal and repair. Turns out it was growing against slab poured concrete behind the EIFS, but still.
After a few months a big part the original company left out that ended up causing some small flooding in the basement, I called Asars. Again, it was an expensive quote ($2200 this time) but we agreed to a price and then they uncovered some more damage and they did the whole thing right. I ended up paying $2400.
This time I am very secure the work was done correctly. They replaced where the gyp board had rotted with durarock and did a thorough and complete job.
I'll definitely tend toward using Asars again for future work. Quality and service win out over price for something like this in the long run.
