We had A/C issues on our back rv A/C.. David came very promptly and said we needed a new one.
Since our A/C was less then 2 years old he said he could get a new one under Colemans warranty. He ordered we went on vacation.
We were gone a month came back and David said he was on vacation. When he came back he said he was tired from vacation then he was sick.
We went to work in Hawaii and tried to get up with him to set up a time to get ac installed.
He completely stopped communicating with us.
I feel he got the A/C under our Vin# then he can sell to someone else and make money. I even offered to pickup the A/C since we were moving back to Florida and no communication.
Please don't use him.. I am investigating other avenues like calling Coleman and the company where he got his certifications.
I will also call BBB and file a complaint.
He has time to make this right but I am getting impatient.

David saved our weekend! We called him late in the evening and he easily determined what our electrical problem was and instructed us on how to get through the night comfortably with our damaged camper. The next day, he showed up when he said he would and got our camper working like new. He gave us the facts and was budget conscious. He got to the point while being friendly and we highly recommend him.

I contacted David to do repairs on an RV A/C on a RV that my daughter was staying in. Initially he couldn't come out so we scheduled for another day. Then the a/c was pouring water into the RV but I was able to get it to stop so he said he'd be out in two days. He never showed up and would not return text messages. I do not recommend him!! Very unreliable!

WARNING DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY/ MAN ""DAVID"". He came out to do a estimate for water damage (soft floor) after a flood from a broke water line on my brand New trail runner that I bought off show room floor. I needed a quote for my insurance to turn in and get started. No big deal right / well wrong because I called / met ASAP MOBILE RV REPAIR ""DAVID""
So it started, He gave me the run around for 2 full weeks I was given excuse after excuse why the estimate was not done after 2 weeks I finally sent a final message that I needed the quote or I would have to finally call another company. ALSO HE WAS EVEN CHARGING ME $200. The owner ""David"" turned angry and then said he was contacting my insurance company and turn me in for a fake claim. This man is out of control and called me over and over and left an aggressive voice mail. I even called the police about his actions. I have never been treated and threatened by any one much less a company / man that I wanted to give business to. I am glad that he did not get started on the job or take off with money and have more excuses or no shows etc. He got so far out of control I was called over and over even after I told him to never contact me again that we where done and I was calling police. He then sends another message laughing and then called more. I never answered or messaged the man back from my final time to leave me alone. This was the craziest thing I have ever been though with a company or man ""David"" and I was trying to hire. Crazy thing it was a nice good paying job. He said nothing was wrong with my trailer after I said I would call someone else and he was calling my insurance company to report me for a fake clam. He said that he was going to say my floor ""after a flood and soft in multiple areas"" was not damaged to get back at me I guess or something. I was very patient and waited and waited 2 full weeks then attacked. AGAIN STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY / MAN ""DAVID"" BAD NEWS.
PS I have been a paramedic for 24 years servicing the community I am not in the business of making some fake clam for money I don't need or much less break a law! I am just trying to get a repair done that the dealer will not touch. I am back to square one and looking to have another company out for a quote and hope to hire them!

My husband and I have had brake issues on our fifth wheel for about a year now. We took it to the dealership who had it for 3 weeks, but still couldn't find the issue. (They never took the wheels off.) We were hoping to have a mobile person work on them so we wouldn't have to spend more time in a hotel.
I called David on a Thursday, told him the situation, and he told me to call him on Sunday evening so we could pin down a time Tuesday for him to come by. I was relieved, after all my searching, finally someone, WITH A GOOD REVIEW, was willing to tackle our problem. I called on Sunday as instructed and left a message. On Monday morning I called again. David seemed a bit put upon once he remembered who I was, and he told me he would have to check with his assistant before he would do anything. Totally understand. Nothing. I've heard nothing.
It's Friday now. The window has closed. We've had to make other arrangements for the family reunion we had planned to attend in TN. It's cost us money we had slotted for something else, and has perpetuated the frustration we've had concerning RV techs and our brakes for over a year.
The thing is, this was warranty work, so there would've been extra in the budget to pay him pretty dang well for the job he was going to tackle. We knew we were asking a lot to have brake work done remotely. It would've been well worth the money to us to have the brakes finally sorted. Of course I didn't mention this bit, for obvious reasons, but he didn't have to string me along. Just say you're too busy, or your assistant isn't available and it would be too much, or hell, tell me you don't like fifth wheels. Whatever. But don't give false hope to a potential client. Don't be fooled by the promises of customer service on the website. It may have been at one time, but it was NOT my experience.
You missed a big fish, David.

If you ever have ANY issues with your RV, call ASAP RV repair...ASAP. David was great. Fast, but efficient. Knowledgeable and friendly. We're going to recommend them to everyone who asks.

I have had David Duncan do some repairs for me. Initially he did OK but I had to wait a long time to get the work done. I've decided to never have him do anymore work for me. He has promised me several time that he would get some work done by a certain date, each time he has failed to meet his own deadlines.
