Luis was employed to repair hail damage from the Feb 2022 Storm. Part of the repair was replacing damaged siding. Five months later I noticed a water leak from under the siding they replaced. I called the plumber only to find out that they used 2.5"" nails to put up the siding and one of the nails pierced a water pipe. The plumber opened up the wall and did the repair which cost $1040. Artisan came out to close the hole and replace the siding once again. Luis initially said I had to eat the cost of the Plumber but when he saw the pictures, I took of the damage he agreed to reimburse me. Now 3 months later and multiple promises he STLL has not gotten me a check...its in the mail. No less than 4 times he told me he would send out someone with the check. I waited ...and still nothing. Dec 24th I waited ALL DAY when he told me he would personally bring it. Nothing! Dec 28th He told me his nephew would be out by 4:30 with the check and he was on his way. NOTHING!
This man Luis cannot be trusted to keep his word.

Today is September 3rd had a 10 am appointment with Artisan Contracting Services but they showed up at 8:30am no call no text.
I said ok that's fine come on in and I will show you the roof problem.
He takes pictures and them gets in his truck and drives off and I haven't heard from him since. I call the company and speak with two nice ladies and they said they would help me. I never hear back from them. I text the guy who made the appt and I am told he would look into the problem. No resolution. They are a BBB and Texas Lic roofing company. I guess the job turned out to small to jack with and they just blew me off. I own my own company and would never not have the guts to tell a customer I didn't want the work. 7 hours of revenue lost!!!!! My first review ever!!!!!

My roof suffered damage from a hail storm in April. I recommend Luis and a Brian in working with the insurance company to get repairs done. Luis and the crew had the roof replaced with exceptional services. The lawn was cleaned and no sign of nails or shingles. The crew was extremely hard working and job completed as promised. Luis is very professional and a pleasure to work with for this claim.

I whole heartedly recommend Luis and his crew. His crew was friendly and extremely helpful in roofing our home after a bad hail storm as well as taking care of our drywall and black mold in the attic that came about from our leaky roof. I know there are lots of choices in Denton County, but I am glad we went with Artisan Contracting Services. The materials they used were top quality and all considered upgrades without charging us an upgrade price. You would expect a discount contractor to use lower grade materials, but it was just the opposite with Artisan Contracting Services. As you can see, I don't post a lot of reviews. Service and quality have to be exceptional before I'll commit to posting anything. There you have it.
