Highest Recommendation! Kim and Matt came highly recommended from a realtor/friend who had recently used Artisan for a re-roof. Kim responded to my initial request for a quote to re-roof my shingle roof, which according to previous inspectors and my insurance company had been installed in 2001. During her due diligence on my house's permit history, she discovered what 5 other property and roofing inspectors, and two other roofing companies had completely missed--that multiple permits had been missed and that my roof was less than 10 years old. A call to the City building property records confirmed what Kim discovered to be fact, saving me the expense of a re-roof. Artisan completed a new roof inspection with recommended needed repairs to prevent future water intrusion.

Artisan did a great job installing a new roof on my house. Once permits were granted by the city, and the weather cooperated, they went right to work tearing off the old roof.
