ABG was extremely efficient and professional with their installation of our composite shingle roof. Being the first roofing job we've experienced, my wife and I were unsure what to expect but Michael was very easy going and did a great job explaining our options and walking us through the process. I also appreciated that they were accommodating with our request to start working a bit later in the mornings as to not disturb our neighbors. I was getting multiple bids and the bid received from artisan was very competitive in pricing, and was extremely detailed in what I was getting. They took the time to even explain the type of wiring components I would be getting installed. They used top of the line materials made in the US with fantastic warranties. I don't even know where to start. I don't really comment anywhere, look at my review count. First off don't hesitate to have this very well rounded talented group build your next dream. Micheal's never let me down, mind you that he did our roof, brand new AC system, tankless water heater, complete solar system and a panel upgrade 2 years ago! Every time I had questions or concerns, he always replied and helped my family. I'm in the construction industry so there's no fooling me when it comes to this type of work, so it's difficult for me to trust anyone, period. But because of the over top customer service through out the years and on, I know who call. The pictures don't lie, your gonna get your vision of your build.

From my first conversation and meeting with artisan build at my friends house in Woodland Hills and seeing their professionalism and attention to detail, I knew that mike was going to handle my outdoor deck project. Not only did they show up on time to my Sherman oaks home on time they waited as I was running late to open the gate,.his entire crew was friendly throughout the entire job, and didn't leave me feeling troubled. Outdoor deck jobs and slate tile work can be tedious but these guys were PROFESSIONAL, VERY CLEAN, EFFICIENT. If you are ever in need of a general contractor, without a doubt I highly recommend. Mike and his team are awesome! We had severe water damage and had to replace our entire first floor and some lower dry walls around the half guest bath. My bathroom remodel process went accordingly, per schedule and very good attention to detail! Michael made sure all materials were selected prior to start of work. He even assisted in material finishing selections. Definitely has good taste and is up to date with the newest trends.

I also got a solar system installed based on how much electricity I use. And yes, the bill is eliminated!! His solar crew is super fast, very careful, and helpful in explaining the work. Thank you for the upgrades Michael, you're a true artisan!
