This is an update several month after the remodel. We had Bobby of Art Smart do some work several years ago and we were well pleased. So when we were remodeling our upstairs, 2 bedrooms and 2 bath rooms plus the stairs we called Bobby since we were very satisfied with his work before. This time we were NOT disappointed. We are so happy with the way everything turned out. He had some very good suggestions which we followed. These suggestions made the project even better. When we redo our kitchen we will be using Bobby Lopez and Art Smart.

We contracted with Art Smart to redo the kitchen and most of two bathrooms. They did all the work efficiently and came out right on target, time-wise (7 weeks total). The finished product is beautiful, and exactly what we wanted. In that time, they had to make some extra efforts due to wiring and sheathing issues encountered along the way. We were promptly notified each time, made the call on what to do, and received a clear accounting of those extra costs in the billing later.

The various workers and subcontractors were operating around my large, geriatric dogs (who couldn't be boarded due to health issues). The team was patient with my dogs moving from one part of the house to another, and good about not leaving doors open when asked.

When there were mix-ups--and there always are a few in a project of this size--Bobby quickly responded when contacted (via email in my case) and set up meetings work out a solution that would work for us.

So now we have two great showers and a kitchen that is so much more functional and attractive than before, and we think the work done was well worth the money and time invested.
