I have been a loyal customer of Art since 2017. Art fixed the roofs and replaced all the toilets when we moved into our current home back then. Whenever I have roofing and plumbing issues, he is the first person I will seek help from. Recently he repaired the tub spout, realigned the dishwasher and adjusted the water pressure for my other property. He is extremely responsive, responsible, reasonable and most importantly, he is VERY GOOD at what he is doing! I highly recommend him without any reservation.

We've had a leak in our roof since all the recent heavy rains started. I was worried we were looking at hundreds or possibly thousands of dollars in repairs. Out of three roofers I contacted, Art was the easiest to deal with and schedule an appointment. He arrived on time and was able to identify the issue in about 5 minutes. It turned out to be a minor repair and he didn't even charge me for his time. I will definitely be looking him up again next time we need these kinds of services.

Art has replaced the whole roof on our complex's clubhouse. His price was the lowest. All done on time, quickly and accurately. Art was then also hired to replace a number of skylights in our community, perform various roof repairs and a complete roof/gutter cleaning at 138 units complex.
