What steps do you follow when working with a new customer? 1) Evaluate the property and perform a thorough VIDEO analysis of the roof system. 2) Present the detailed video and many pictures to the homeowner, helping them understand the priorities. 3) Figure out if insurance will be necessary. If it is, we handle the insurance from start to finish. 4) Provide a detailed estimate. 5) Arrange and complete the job ~ on schedule and within budget. 6) Ask for feedback! :)

What education or training do you have that pertains to your profession? 7+ years of experience in roofing. Our enthusiasm for our work is evident in the quality we deliver.

How did you get into this line of work? I entered the field through home remodeling, concentrating on roofs.

What guidance would you provide to someone wanting to hire a service provider in your industry? Be cautious in Texas. There are NO licensing requirements. Anyone can claim to be a roofer, and many do!
