What is your usual process for collaborating with a new client? 1) Inspect the property and conduct a comprehensive VIDEO assessment of the roofing system. 2) Share the video and a variety of photos with the homeowner, walking them through the key priorities. 3) Assess if insurance will play a role. If it does, we manage the insurance process from beginning to end. 4) Issue an estimate. 5) Schedule and finish the project ~ on time and within the budget. 6) Ask for feedback! :)

What qualifications and/or training do you possess that relate to your work? 7+ years of experience in roofing. We take pride in what we do, and it shows in our craftsmanship.

How did you begin your journey in this field? I entered the field through home remodeling, concentrating on roofs.

What guidance would you provide to someone wanting to hire a service provider in your industry? Be cautious in Texas. There are NO licensing requirements. Many individuals can present themselves as roofers, and they often do!
