No extravagant office space. No administrative staff, etc. We reduce our expenses and transfer those savings to you.

What is your standard procedure for engaging with a new client? 1) Evaluate the property and perform a thorough VIDEO analysis of the roof system. 2) Present the detailed video and many pictures to the homeowner, helping them understand the priorities. 3) Determine if insurance is involved. If so, we take care of the insurance process from start to finish. 4) Issue an estimate. 5) Arrange and complete the job ~ on schedule and within budget. 6) Encourage a review! :)

What credentials and/or training do you hold that are relevant to your work? Over 7 years in roofing. We take pride in what we do, and it shows in our craftsmanship.

How did you get into this line of work? I started with home improvement and specialized in roofing.

What advice would you offer to a customer seeking to hire a provider in your field? Exercise caution in Texas. There are NO licensing regulations. Many individuals can present themselves as roofers, and they often do!
