my company is a Vendor for an Asset Management company who wants a roof inspection completed on one of their properties. I called on Thursday and spoke with Yoshi who is the office admin and asked him if his company could do a roof inspection for me and he said yes. He took all of my information and the property address and said the owner could do it the next day, Friday. Well, it is now Monday and I had to call him to follow up and find out what happened.......all to find out that the inspection never happened and that I should call another company to do the inspection because the owner was too busy. That information would have helped me out the same day that I spoke with him. Poor service....I'd give them NO STARS if I could!!

This was the worst experience I've ever had with a contractor. Some one from AGR came promptly to inspect the copper gutters on our craftsman style home and gave us a proposal to repair them. We accepted the proposal and scheduled the work. On the day they were to have come, they didn't show up. When I called they said they had nothing scheduled! So we rescheduled, and they spent about 2 hours at the house and left. Upon inspection, it was clear the seams had not been caulked and the wrong nails were used, which were already rusting. I called them to come back and finish the work correctly, and they said they would come the following Saturday. Again, they didn't show up. I called the following Wednesday and was told they had come the day before. However, my house is being painted and the painters said no one showed up, so they lied about that. I wrote an email telling them they had been not only unprofessional, but untrustworthy. Someone showed up about an hour later and slapped on some sealant over the bad nails. I am now looking for a contractor to come and inspect the work and make a recommendation about how to repair the damage that Art General Roofing did to our gutters. They have been entirely unprofessional and dishonorable and done terrible work. I would never hire them for anything.

I had a very good experience with Art General Roofing. I was worried about my floors (they had to come through the house) and the workers took their shoes off! Everyone was friendly, services were punctual and as promised, and clean up could not have been better. A friend recommended them to me, and I'm happy to recommend them to others.

We are really happy with their service! They arrived within 15 minutes from when we called and fixed the leak on our roof immediately. Highly recommended.
