ARS was very helpful when my insurance tried to scare me. ARS helped me to realize I don't actually need a new roof (amazing, since I figured they'd push to sell me one)... They can do a maintenance service for me to get me back in good standing with the insurance. I so appreciate their honesty and help!

Unfortunately, my roof started leaking again 11 days after the repair, which I paid almost $900 for. When I called them to honor their warranty their work, since it had been less than two weeks, they refused and said I would have to pay $5k more since my repair was an emergency repair only. This is despite their warranty stating I would be entitled to a complimentary call for service within one year if my roof was deemed to be in fair or good condition. I'm really disappointed that repair was not done professionally or thoroughly the first time, that the company would not honor their warranty, and that they had the nerve to try and quote me $5k to repair it correctly once and for all.

The entire team at ARS was a pleasure to work with. The ground crew was friendly, cleaned up the job site daily and were very respective of the small streets and limited parking in the neighborhood. And the results - we love our new roof, gutters and downspouts, such an upgrade! We recommend ARS to anyone with roofing and gutter needs.

My first time getting a roof replaced! It's an expensive and stressful proposition, but ARS made it a lot less stressful, at least. They reached out by phone and email on a regular basis, making sure I stayed informed on the timeline for the job (this was during the rainy season, so there was a long wait before they could start working, and they were very transparent and communicative the entire time). The workers did an extremely quick and efficient job (and were very friendly, to boot) and I haven't had any problems with the roof since (although it hasn't been that long yet, to be fair).

Overall, I strongly recommend ARS for your roofing needs. I appreciated the way they handled this job and I will probably be going back to them if I need more work done in the future.
