Arry's Roofing Services, Inc. was established by Arry and Becky Housh. As a prominent name among Tampa roofers, we take pride in having helped countless satisfied customers across the region. Over the years, it has truly evolved into a family business as Stephen and Matthew Housh became part of the management team. Today, they collaborate with Arry and Becky to continue the mission of the business: a total focus on offering the finest roofing services and materials to all our valued clients.

I was born in October 1957 in Monterey, California, and I spent my early years traveling between the United States and Europe until I was twelve as my father was in the armed services. When he retired in 1968, we settled in St. Nazaire, France, where my parents connected after World War II in the early 1950s. My siblings and I had to adapt to our new French lifestyle. We attended French schools as teenagers and remained there until we graduated high school. Not long after, my parents divorced, and my father moved back to Arkansas, where he was raised. We lived in France for a few more years until my mother married again and moved to Palm Harbor, Florida, in the fall of 1977. At 19, I came to Florida, ready to start a new phase of my life.

I took on several construction jobs for two years until a neighbor employed me to work on roofs. In 1983, I passed the state exam to become a roofing contractor and became the qualifier.

Can't seem to get started. Not very happy with them so far. They keep putting me off. My house looks like s-it with all materials just sitting on roof.

After careful consideration having received three different estimates, my fiancé and I decided to go with Arry's for our new roof. Boy, were we disappointed! Following the project and knowing what I know now, I went back and read a lot of the bad reviews and our experience seemed to fall right in line with everyone else's.
Our main complaint is Very poor communication. Once they get you under contract, then they essentially do not maintain contact with you, especially after the project starts. We had them come out and start the project, but then left in the middle of the day and never came back. We were confused as to what had occurred and why the project just stopped. They did find terminate damage and couldn't continue which I do understand; however, no one called to communicate that to us! We had to call the next day to find out what was happening and what we needed to do.
We also had to ask them FOUR DIFFERENT times to remove our gutters. When the salesman came out and did the estimate, he told me that gutter removal would be free of cost. I told him I wanted that. I also asked about it and confirmed that I wanted it when I signed the contract. We had to call them again when they stopped working because they left the gutters on. They came back out and only removed half. I didn't panic because they still had to finish the roof. However, once the roof was completed, the gutters on the back of the house were still left on and when I called to ask, I was told ""It's not in your contract"". Needless to say, they came out and removed my gutters, but they couldn't come out until the day the company that I hired to put new gutters on was coming out. Then they called me that morning and stated they were running late.
The overall quality of the work they did was fine. My roof looks good. However, I'd strongly suggest going with a different company. If I had to do it again, I would not choose Arry's. Once they got my money, they didn't really seem to care about me, my home, the project, or any sort of communication. I had to call all the time to ask for things I never received. I specifically dealt with Kristen and while she was polite, she didn't seem to recall anything we had ever discussed and I spoke with her probably about once per week. It got so bad that I actually started to having to document my conversations with her because I frequently had to reference dates, times, and what we talked about when trying to get services that I had to pay a lot of money for.
The bottom line, when you're paying the amount of money that you'll pay for a service, the company should be bending over backwards to ensure you're happy, communicated to, and have a thorough understanding and idea of what's going on and Arry's does not do that.

I worked with Arry's in late 2017-the actual roofing work was to my satisfaction. The scheduling and responsiveness to get the work done unfortunately was a nightmare with multiple issues (project duration changing at the last minute (from a 3 day job to a 5 day job) for no clear reason, 3-4 rescheduled dates to where I had made plans around, etc.). From the time I signed a contract to when the work was completed was about 3 months, possibly a little longer. I made it clear to management of the timing issues, with no customer friendly response--mostly excuses that I would need to deal with. Additionally, I was promised the final warranty paperwork they guarantee with the roof, which I still have not received, about 4 months after my job has been completed. I have reached out multiple times with still no response, and I'm not sure when I'm getting the paperwork. This is extremely frustrating to be treated as though I don't matter as the customer, just because they have collected payment.

Never delivered on their promises and didn't pick up after themselves. This is a terrible company that cuts corners and is not organized. I would recommend using a different company.

The picture is just one example of junk/equipment they left in our yard. They didn't clean up at all, which led to a nail in my tire and many other nails I picked up after doing their job. We called them and told them about all the equipment they left and they would not return our call/email after we paid them.

After multiple frustrating delays, as is typical in the building services industry, Arry's proved it's commitment to customer satisfaction many times over.
When we had concerns about possible vent issues post-job, Arry's paid our plumbing professional for the inspection, giving us peace of mind. Any concern we have had, they have addressed.
Our roof has not leaked through several rainstorms, and we are confident that when an issue occurs, Arry's will handle it. They have a 25 year service guarantee for a reason.

From the initial estimate with Chip, to scheduling and coordination phone calls, the roofing team, and supervisor follow up, Arry's was top notch. There's no question to the quality of work and the staff that Arry's provides. My roof was repaired early in the year and has presented no issues since. Arrays did an excellent job from Jason who inspected my roof and recommended a fix for what home inspector had found to keeping me informed on when schedule repairs would be completed. Roofers Where out on day scheduled and replaced my ridge vent and removed and sealed satellite bracket. I will be using Arrys for all my roofing needs in the future. Very professional roofing contractor and well trust them with recommended repairs.

March 22nd 2016 I went on their website and requested a quote, received a form letter email reply saying someone would contact me in 1 business day. March 29 2016 no reply! move on with another contractor, I have no idea about their quality but their customer service needs a lot of work.
