Been dealing with a leak in the roof for over a year with horrible communication. Leak was detected in the roof and called Arry's and they were out a few days later. Said the stucco on the chimney was leaking. Asked the to remove the chimney and they gave me a quote to re stucco it. There is no fireplace so no need to have a chimney anymore. After periods of no emails and no calls backs ended up removing the chimney to find out it was the flashing. They still want to charge me 2500 to fix it and I agreed and they still haven't shown up to fix it. The ""warranty"" doesn't mean shit. Find someone smaller and cheaper. Picked them over ever cheaper person because they are everywhere, even my sons soccer games.

We had our roof replaced with Arry's in 2020 and they are very skilled at what they do. However, we subsequently attempted to get them back out and spent well over a month of wasted time back & forth trying to get them back out due to an area where flashing wasn't installed that resulted in rain significantly damaging the front column of our home. Apparently they only like to install roofs-not service ones they installed. We spoke and emailed with so many different people, it was as if they wanted to deter us from contacting them. Some of the reps we spoke with were downright condescending and rude. It's ironic that they give you a cash card to activate to use for future repairs when they have no intention of servicing the roof! I feel bad that we recommended them to others & hope they don't need any follow up work done or they will be frustrated. It's a shame that a company that provides a quality roof leaves the customer on their own should problems arise. I would not use them again or recommend them.

Excellent experience with everything from start to finish. If you need a repair or new roof definitely have them come out and take a look and give you an estimate. Will definitely use them again!

We had our roof replaced by Arry's. Though their schedule was very booked and we had to wait several weeks for our start date, they kept us posted. They checked in almost weekly updating our appointment based on schedule changes and weather. When they confirmed our date, they showed up right on schedule. They worked very fast having all materials coordinated. We have a beautiful new roof. Our aluminum flat roof is seamlessly coexisting with our new roof. They did a great job and we look forward to many years of staying dry!

roof leaked shortly after installation. Arry's promptly repaired. six years later roof is leaking again. this time Arry's did not even bother to come out and assess problem. I called again and was pleased I was given a phone number to file a claim, realizing it was the shingle company who wanted me to cut part of my shingles off and send them for inspection. I then realized Arry's was simply diverting the issue as the shingles do not appear to be the malfunction. I am disappointed in the company as the online profile appears great. buyer beware.

Overall, we are satisfied with the results and our workmen were professional and very hard workers. A few stars were lost because of the huge lack of organization and communication from the office staff at the company. Besides buying our house, our metal roof install is the most expensive house project we've ever done and it almost seemed like the office workers had no idea what the process was and when we inquired about information we would just get passed around from one employee to the next. A few times we were given completely wrong information and then when we tried to communicate and address the issue at hand, we were gaslight and told we were never told this or that etc. Our initial sales person was helpful and the actual installers were great but everyone else was a bit of a mess.

Supposedly fixed our flat roof for $1700, which then leaked even worse after the fix. After numerous calls while under a 1 year warranty, no return calls or proposed solution!

Excellent company. They took care of a very small leak I had around my dryer vent. The team was extremely professional, they kept me abreast of the process, did a fantastic job and followed up with me afterwards. I will use them again if needed and would highly recommend them.

I bought a home last year that developed a leak in the roof. The roof was done 7 years ago by Arry's Roofing. A roof is generally guaranteed for 10 years but when I contacted them they noted thier warrantee does not transfer with the sale. I had them come out a provide a estimate of repair and they did not seem concerned about the faulty work.

I had it repaired by another company and turns out the flashing on that portion was not installed.

I cannot recommend this company.

ARRY'S completed the installation of a new roof on our home in June 2021 exhibiting true excellence through the entire process. I mean from the first meeting with their representative CHRIS, through the delivery of cookies a few weeks after the process came to an end, that being a simple ""statement"" of their appreciation for being selected to perform the work. The customers that hire them should expect a ""Best In The Business"" type of result!
