Never delivered on their promises and didn't pick up after themselves. This is a terrible company that cuts corners and is not organized. I would recommend using a different company.

The picture is just one example of junk/equipment they left in our yard. They didn't clean up at all, which led to a nail in my tire and many other nails I picked up after doing their job. We called them and told them about all the equipment they left and they would not return our call/email after we paid them.

After multiple frustrating delays, as is typical in the building services industry, Arry's proved it's commitment to customer satisfaction many times over.
When we had concerns about possible vent issues post-job, Arry's paid our plumbing professional for the inspection, giving us peace of mind. Any concern we have had, they have addressed.
Our roof has not leaked through several rainstorms, and we are confident that when an issue occurs, Arry's will handle it. They have a 25 year service guarantee for a reason.

From the initial estimate with Chip, to scheduling and coordination phone calls, the roofing team, and supervisor follow up, Arry's was top notch. There's no question to the quality of work and the staff that Arry's provides. My roof was repaired early in the year and has presented no issues since. Several people have followed up with me since the work was performed and have made us feel cared for and not just another account! I have, and will continue to refer Arry's to my friends and family. Should I have any roofing needs in the future, I'm sure to contact Arry's without a doubt.

Arrays did an excellent job from Jason who inspected my roof and recommended a fix for what home inspector had found to keeping me informed on when schedule repairs would be completed. Roofers Where out on day scheduled and replaced my ridge vent and removed and sealed satellite bracket. I will be using Arrys for all my roofing needs in the future. Very professional roofing contractor and well trust them with recommended repairs.

March 22nd 2016 I went on their website and requested a quote, received a form letter email reply saying someone would contact me in 1 business day. March 29 2016 no reply! move on with another contractor, I have no idea about their quality but their customer service needs a lot of work.

Great company with great management. I have a friend who has been working there for 10 years and he cant say enough about the place. We have both worked for some shabby roofing companies. When I need to replace my current roof i'm calling Arry's.

I am changing what I previously wrote about Arry's Roofing. Why the last review I wrote was all true, I got a phone call from the owner who made things right. She actually had no idea about what had happened. When she saw my review she ask her employee who I specially mentioned in the last review, and she basically acted like she had no idea what I could possibly be talking about. The owner did not feel right about what happened and personally called me to apologize and was very sincere and bothered by how we were treated.
I explained the story to her and she truly does care about their customers. She apologized numerous times and then told me that the bill was wiped clean.
That was extremely nice of her and shows that they do care greatly, not just about their business but about their customers.
So my advice, if you have an issue, go straight to the owners. If the staff gives you the run around and says they can't do that, don't believe them. The owners definitely want to know!

We replaced our roof and found dealing with Arry's to be stress-free and they exceeded our expectations. Their pricing was fair, their work was exceptional, the crew was courteous and clean. They finished the job on time and left the property almost spotless.
