I've never written a negative review for anyone before in my life. So here it goes: They we're so friendly and helpful until it was time for me to pay. They were quick to respond and answered all the questions I had before hand. The crew who put in my 11 windows was wonderful! They did a great job. Although their boss mixed up a fixed window with a window that opens in two places, I didn't say anything because I was very pleased. However, I had talked to Brandon, who I always talked to, much earlier about putting in a door also. I asked how much it was going to be on the phone and he said it depends on the door but he'd just put in a higher estimate for about how much a door would cost which was fine by me. So I sent him a Pinterest door at first then sent him a very basic door right after bc I didn't want it to cost anything near what his high estimate was. He said okay and that was the end of that. I was expecting a cheaper door for a cheaper price. What I got was a cheap door. He had asked me in a text message if I wanted the blinds in the door and I replied ""no"". The door I received has blinds and is NOT a high quality door. I could go buy a door that looks just like this at Lowes for around a $1,000. I was charged an extra $2,200 for that dumb door. Attached is the picture of our bill which is very misleading. (I actually received two bills I think the first one is cheaper but the prices went up before he could order them.) I had asked him if the total was going to be $11,200 and he told me it would be. However, it ended up being $13,400. You would think the total would go at the end after the ""extra"" he charged especially because there's not a single price written anywhere for the windows. I called him and tried to get it straightened out but I was treated very poorly. I knew the price of labor probably wasn't cheap so I was willing to pay for the labor it took to put in the door and give them the door back. They declined that offer. It was just a huge surprise to me financially as I am a 3rd grade teacher in Oklahoma, and we don't make much. They had told me if I didn't pay it by the end of the week then they would put a lean on my house so I paid it. I really wanted to come and leave a great review for them but instead this is the case. I hope they'll be a little more transparent with their customers from now on. Just leaving this review so it doesn't happen again to anyone else.

Quality of work was good. Customer service was poor. Sonny Cook acted as though the work at my home was nothing but a nuisance job. Every time (3 or 4) I called him I had to describe the job to jog his memory not only about the job, but also about the next step. Even though quality of work was good, the water issue installing gutters was supposed to fix is STILL present. I pretty much wasted $350 for guttering that never fixed the problem. I'm going to need a new roof in a year or so. I'm looking to take my money elsewhere.

BAD Customer Service & Billing, Good roofers. I requested a quote to fix some shingles in January 19 from a few companies. A representative came out quoted a price and never showed back up. My roof remained in disarray. That same week I received 2 more documented quotes checking the same issues from other local companies to fix the issues and my insurance company a few weeks later. I never received any paperwork from Arrowhead and my roof was never fixed. (Fast Forward) I called again after collecting over 15-20 + shingles to get another quote from two companies at the end of June. Arrowhead quoted me $175.00 and said he can do it after the 4th of July holiday and I would be mailed an invoice within a week. Woke up and looked at my roof on 8 July and like magic it was finally fixed. Awesome!!!!

Today 12 July 19, I received an invoice with past due (since January payment for fixing my roof?!?!??) I never received an invoice prior, no messages on my phone, or text, my roof has been a mess since January and now I owe you double!?! The lady on the phone gave me mega attitude and I treated her how she did me. She said you wouldn't have an invoice without work? I said I would've had a fixed roof and previous invoices if the work was done. The lady hung up on me after saying we will get the money a different way. I called her back in my military nice phone voice and again explain to her I will pay for what you fixed and have quotes for roof repairs after the date you said you fixed it previously. She said send me all that. Haha I wasn't born yesterday. I told her send me the pictures of my roof from last repair, actual paperwork saying you actual fixed my roof and we won't have an issue. She hung up on me again! The representative who gave me the quote said he came over and fixed it in January but doesn't know why any paperwork was not generated. He was very respectful and polite on the phone.
With all that being said, the work done this week looks good, but the customer service, blame game and unaccountability with this company is poo. I'd advise all my military veterans, active duty, military afflicted or people who don't need extra stress or lies in their lives to not call this company not even for a quote unless you a extra side of disrespect

We hired Arrowhead Roofing & Siding Company of Wichita Falls, TX to put siding on our home which we took out a home equity loan for based on the written estimate issued by the owner of the company. The office personnel hollered & barked orders at me over the phone for me to get my physically disabled husband to go help the siding workers due to the workers' constant complaining! Arrowhead billed us $1,200 MORE than they said they would based upon the verbal & written agreement & the lady in the office even told us to go add $1,000 to $2,000 MORE to our home equity loan after we already started making payments on it & when we told her we already started the payments, our loan officer would not add any more money to it & doing so would make our payments go up to an unnafordable rate, she started hollering & threating to put a lien on our home even though the siding job wasn't even halfway finished yet! They charged us more based on the alleged $1,000 worth of lumber & unnecessarily replacing more lumber than needed even though it was to be understood that the estimate was for ALL labor & materials involved! There was NO way that they put $1,000 worth of lumber on our house, my husband used to work for Payless Cashways & Lowes hauling lumber! The workers came & got MOST of the lumber to use on ANOTHER siding job a few blocks away from us! We should NOT have to pay for materials that are used on OTHER peoples' houses! The workers didn't work weekends which is fine, but they also took 4 weekdays off without notifying anyone because 1 of the guys had to go to court for something that usually only takes a couple of hours & they only worked a couple of hours a day on the days they did show up. They kept complaining & saying they ""went above & beyond"" & when asked to correct shoddy work they said no, because they already did more than they wanted to! They even talked trash about the siding on my mom's home (done by another company) even though her siding looks ALOT better than the job Arrowhead did on my house as their work is just average & there are ALOT of seams & bowed out places! They even made us spend $1,600 in addition to the siding bill to replace posts & hire an electrician because the workers didn't want to put siding on the back eave of our house & used wiring (which we've NEVER gotten a code violation for in all our yrs. at this residence) as an excuse. They even admitted to putting siding on houses with much worse wiring than ours! $500 of that additional $1,600 was used to replace posts on our back porch as the workers said they'd do it if we bought the treated posts & brackets & we did, but then the lady at Arrowhead called us to say she was going to charge an EXTRA $125 A POST if the siding workers installed them so we hired someone else to do it instead! We had to pay the electrician overtime to come out on a Saturday so that the wiring would be squared away by Monday but the siding workers didn't show up that Monday, Tuesday or Wednesday, they showed up for a couple of hrs. on Thursday but didn't show up that following Friday, again, without telling anyone & they knew that our outside dogs had to be displaced for the duration of this siding ordeal! Arrowhead also didn't order enough materials to finish our small 1,200-1,300 sq ft home so we had to wait for the remaining materials to come in so they could finish covering our porch ceilings which, they tried to get out of doing even though it was understood that ALL the exterior wood of our home was to be covered. We honestly thought about firing Arrowhead, having them remove all their siding & alleged $1,000 worth of lumber off our house & hiring another company instead. Prior to the siding, we've hired Arrowhead for our gutters & our roof (even though the shingles NEVER DID lay flat like we were told they would) but after this siding ordeal, we'll NEVER hire Arrowhead for anything ever again & will NOT reccomend them to anyone!
