Cameron came out a day later, quickly figured out what the problem was, gave me a very fair quote and did the work quickly, expertly, with no muss, no fuss. I had what I thought was a roof leak and called Arrington my roofers. It was Sunday morning and the ceiling dry wall was bulging with water! This couldn't wait!
The owner of Arrington called me back and came out to determine what was going on. It wasn't the roof. He spent the time to figure out that it was actually the HVAC unit and helped put a pan where it was leaking.
Outstanding customer service on a Sunday by the owner! By the way, because the problem wasn't the roof, he didn't charge me for the visit. WOW! I Highly recommend Arrington Roofing.

I cannot say enough good things about this company. This was the first time I have had to replace a roof and Randy was so helpful. He guided us through the entire process and was very thorough in answering all of our questions. Randy made himself available anytime we even called him on Sunday and he took the call and helped us. The roofing crew was very courteous. The cleaned up the yard before leaving. Everything they said they would do they did. I will have them out later to do some more roofing work for us.

In late October 90-mile/hour straight-line winds left my roof in shambles. Arrington Roofing was able to take off my old roof and construct a new roof, all in one day before another wave of severe storms hit our community. I called them on a Tuesday and had a new quality roof that Friday!

They came out today to look at my roof. Upon inspection they had digital pictures. They didn't try to replace the whole roof as another contractor wanted to do; only repair the area that was damaged and perform some basic maintenance (my roof is only 7 years old)

Since it was scheduled to rain, they installed a temporary fix for the gaping hole that was in my roof; to hold over until they could do the larger repair. I am writing this as the storm clouds roll-in; feeling pretty good about calling them out.

The quotation was a simple form with pre-priced items that include parts and labor. Pretty straightforward and void of any over-charging.

Assuming that the final work is as good as today's experience I am going to keep it at five stars.

The workers came out and completed the work per spec + some. I crawled up in the attic post work and they had taken the time to dry out the under-hang to ensure no mold development. - When they do the final inspection (I assume monday) - I will see the top.

They came out and inspected, ended everything with before and after pictures... I have to say that this is the best contractor experience I have ever had.

Dont use them . they do terrible work... they sub all work out and have no control over contractors. also the whole crew used my back yard as a restroom.The job was incomplete and did not do what was in contract.
i had to send pics of the lousy job. No communication.....
