I have read the reviews about how this company bombarded fax machines to promote business, well my company also was one of those, I am the victim of a company whom I paid a lot for a complete roof 4 yrs ago with a 15 yr warranty,supposedly, when I got a few leaks during the rains, called them, they disappeared, not answering phone, well I filed a compliant with BBB, no longer in business, so to the point I was a little desperate to get the leak fixed, when. All around roofing fax, came, I was bait, I called on Saturday, spoke to Steve Vido, he said done aerial of my roof and could do a layer of some sorts for $3500 ,I told him I'll discuss with my husband and call him back, before I could call him he called me back and offered to fix leak for $1800,we agreed told him, I only wanted the leak repaired, then he said he could, at this point I know he, he hustling us for a fast buck, he said , someone will be there by 12:00, ok, this a roofing company, but he showed up with his son and said he is in training and he has to learn, the bulb went on in my head again, saying it only a leak, the young boy got out of the truck, his dad stayed in the truck and I did not see him supervise, later the son appeared, I was showed all the supposedly leaks he fixed, which at the time, was not aware he never addressed the leak I called him for, he also asked for $200 more dollars to patch others the boy saw, I paid after I saw the pictures, he went straight to the bank to cash the check, because they called me to verify the amt, ok the rain started again, and guess what, I same leak I called him to fix, leaked again, until it stopped raining, I texted him, he replied ,after the rain, never heard from him, so I called him, I told him you are a dishonest person, you took my money and didn't have decency to fix what I paid you for, he said well I send my guys to check, this has been ongoing now for weeks, my even spoke to him, he ""my guys"" are working on something now I'll get back to you, every time we call , he answers, so he's apparently the owner, which smells a little fishy,I asked him multiple times to email my receipt, which he said he would do, never sent, he even blamed the solar panel people for all the leaks he patched to justify, the money he charged, solar people came, said no damage was done by them, so he faked what he patched to get the money, it so terrible that businesses take advantage of homeowners this way, hopefully if he see this review he will come clean, so please everyone, don't respond to businesses scooping up business by fax, because a quality business should be able to stand on your work , or even customer referrals,would put zero if you had one

No one wants to hire them I guess so they flood with junk faxes. I would never do business with any company that does their advertising through faxing random person's off of a list of fax numbers.

This company floods my fax machine with there spam advertising. It waists my paper and ink. I would never do business with any company that does their advertising through faxing random person's off of a list of fax numbers. Very Amature
