Armstrong roofing is definitely the best company, to turn two when you're looking for metal roofing or shingle roofing, they really are the best in the business. I would choose them to manage any project for me.
I just wouldn't trust Yelp to give them the proper recognition they deserve, by hiding all the positive reviews.

Our experience with Armstrong roofing was top notch. We have a house built in 1900 that I swear the roof was never replaced - only layer after layer of ""patch"" added on to it. Armstrong took on the job and made all the needed repairs and gave us a roof we never have to worry about again. Their workers were 100% professional and they cleaned up every bit of the mess of the old roof.

This company is really amazing! We had our brand new roof completed by them yesterday. The crew came ready to work early in the morning. Clean, courteous, and professional. No loud music, no smoking while working, no slacker. Les, the VP went out of his way to make sure everything went smoothly and the job was done correctly. He is truly a man of his word. It took us a while selecting a company that we felt comfortable with and knowing we can trust. It was a long process and a lot of self educating regarding the subject so that we weren't get ripped off. We did not select Armstrong Roofing based purely on price. In fact we were surprised how competitive prices were! We made the right choice. The end result was a perfect 10 with high quality material to match! Furthermore, Les did not dictate on what material he was going to use. Example: we wanted metal ridge vents for long lasting instead of the popular plastic one that all the other companies pushed. We wanted lead boots for venting pipes instead of the plastic type (will crack over time). Les gave us the freedom to choose and never once insisted that he won't give us what we wanted. We would certainly use this company again if we ever buy another home...this roof will most likely outlasts us. Thank you Armstrong Roofing! Thank you Les and the crew!

Aluminum roof replacement following Hurricane Matthew done well. Replacement of the rain down spout was part of contract. After I paid the full contract price of more than $16,000 I was repeatedly told by LES, a manager, that they would come by to finish the job. They never came, and I had to finish the work myself today at my own cost. That's no way to treat a good customer, and I would consequently not recommend this company. Service is important, and Armstrong failed horribly on this point.

I researched this totally, so I thought I had gone with the right company. Couldn't find any reviews on them though, till it was too late. Then I found one, warning people to stay away. Sadly I have to concur with that sentiment. Roof leaked at the seam after the first rain...wasn't properly sealed. Was actually raining in my kitchen.

Terrible customer service follow up. I would NOT recommend. Even though they came back quickly to repair it and it has not leaked since, I have lost faith in them. Also, the damage done to the paint in my house was never repaired. Very disappointed.
