They supposedly put a tarp on our roof, but we never really had proof they did it (we are not local residents), plus they charged us $6,000, an exorbitant amount. We finally did end up paying them, but because of a banking error, they received $12,000! They have refused to pay us back the $6,000 they owe us. That is stealing!!! Is this someone you want to do business with?!!

We had several quotes for a new roof, Armour was the most thorough and detailed and used quality materials. They advised us through the whole process and the roof was completed in two days. They worked very hard to make sure nails and scraps were not left in the yard after completion!

Joshua Miller was the best. I called on a Saturday and he came right over. Had leake damaged to my ceiling in the bathroom. Gave me a great price 2 hours later and buy Wednesday they were working on my roof. Fantastic job. Great work. Everything was explain how and why they use only the best materials. We needed our roof replaced on our home in Lake Sarasota. We had received a couple of bids and Armour Roofing was referred to us by our daughter and son in law. Armour had replaced their roof a month earlier and they were happy with the work, so we decided to give them a call. We had an estimator come by the very next day, and received the estimate the day after that. I'm a facility manager and know a little bit about roofing. I had quite a few questions about the quality of the materials that were to be used and other concerns I had about our existing roofs condition. The Armour Rep. Sammy addressed my concerns and answered any questions I had. I felt comfortable giving the bid to Armour. They scheduled the work quickly that fit our schedule. The crew was courteous and professional. They cleaned up after themselves and finished the work in two days. I couldn't be happier with the service and work they provided, not to mention I feel was an honest price. I wouldn't hesitate to use Armour again.

Armour Roofing replaced my tile roof with asphalt shingles. Rather than use a small truck to transfer the heavy tiles to a large truck parked on the street, they drove the big truck up my driveway and when fully loaded the truck crushed my driveway and damaged the irrigation system. Gino Barone agreed to repair the irrigation and I let the driveway issue go. However Gino never lived up to his end of the bargain. He never had the irrigation system repaired. In order to sell the house I had to give the buyers cash to repair the irrigation. Armour puts on a good roof but if any issues arise they provide absolutely no customer service.
