If there was an option to leave zero stars I would have chosen that. I don't like leaving negative reviews but in this case I feel I must in order to warn potential customers. They do not honor their ""lifetime limited warranty"" I contracted with ArmorVue 5 yrs ago to install glass sliders on my patio. Expensive project. I should have researched more thoroughly. The job was done but in a very sloppy manner. Sometime later I notice the metal tracks showing a hard substance and I thought it might be mold. It was checked out. Not mold. It kept spreading and I called in several pros who had no idea what was causing it. Long story short; ArmorVue came to my home a number of times and just gave me lip service. I was told it was my cleaning solution causing the problem. Windex. Seriously?They sent a repairman who tried but couldn't fix the problem with caulk and paint. A manufacturer representative that they sent stated that it was Armor Vue's fault. I contacted a couple of attorneys but didn't want to spend more on legal fees than the cost to repair the job. I finally found another window company who did the repair beautifully for very little expense. ArmorVue could have and should have done this but they don't care about you if there are problems. Stay away from them.

Took a day off from work for the inspection. Failed for using the wrong screws on the strike plates. Exactly how many have they installed who knows. You would expect they would know the minimum building code for screw type and length on a door strike plate

Horrible customer service.... they also have horrible installation... i've been trying to get a warranty service done on a door that isn't even a year old and they keep bringing the wrong part... the same wrong part.. they also damaged several components during installation... they go through supervisors very frequently... no one calls you back when they're supposed to... once they get your money they forget about you... this has been my experience... it could've gotten several new contracts on my block but I did not recommend them to anyone else... buyer beware...

this place should be avoided at all costs. Like others there were numerous delays and falsehoods. When the doors were supposed to be installed after 3 delays on their part, they never showed and then told me that they were coming the next day .When i asked to speak to the manager, my salesperson or the owner the only person that contacted me was the installation clerk(?)Stay away unless you like stress and aggravation it also took them a month to return my call by and then only the installation clerk would talk to me

Do Not use this company, they use the cheapest materials all the way to the calking install. 30K job and they never got it right, I save up for a long time to get this installed on my home... My back door still wont close right.. totally disappointed..

I purchased hurricane windows rated for 200 mph debris and that is what I got. The look is perfect, the windows operate flawless and the noise outside is all but gone when I sit inside. The temperature in my townhouse remains a constant 75 with humidity at 30%. I cannot see living in a house in Florida and not having these windows. Bit pricy ($$$$) but worth every penny.

Beware of doing business with them. I order a hurricane impact door with sidelight from them at a cost of $4,000 (it still needs to be painted) They showed me the outside of the door which was fine with me. However, the inside of the door has hundreds of screws, a peep hole that is about 4' from my floor and on top of that I was specific with them to not to screw around with my new flooring and to be careful. There was no reason that the new threshold (per the measurement person) couldn't abut my new floor. The doors gets installed and there is a gap between the threshold and flooring. I asked the installer what are you going to do with that and he said I would have to find something to cover that. I went nuts -- I was screaming on the phone to my sales person and finally the installer found something to cover the gap which is not what I wanted. My neighbor had a new door installed and the door fits perfectly with his flooring. The inside of my door looks like a back door to my beautiful home. I refused to pay and now they have put a lien on my house. Their ""expert"" employee came to my house and said it was a perfect installation. He said this is Florida. I told him well my money is real--your work isn't.

What a great experience! We had all 3 sets of sliding doors and 6 windows installed. It was a big job. Armorvue's team made it a breeze!

Dan, Jeremy, Jay, Davina, Neil, Jamie and Jason gave maximum effort in every interaction- to make the process seamless.

We are thrilled with their professionalism and the windows are beautiful and incredibly well-made.
We won't be worrying this hurricane season!
