They replaced all of our windows. They did a great job! The installer, John was awesome he knows his windows. We talked to a lot of other companies, they had a great product for a great price.

Ordered aluminum windows from Armorvue 2 years ago . We were delighted with our choice and his pricing. The company's owner and manager is highly reliable and professional. His team just refinished one of the window sashes which had become oxidized from the hard water of our sprinklers and Jay sent his team out to replace the window from the water stains and refinish the sash . Totally professional job and stood behind the window warranty . We highly recommend his company and guarantees . Thank you Jay and staff for handling our purchase .

Doors and windows are junk. screws are coming out of the wall, doors are hitting each other and leaking water. They failed the inspection and had to remove all the doors twice. On top of all this there not honoring the life time warranty. The doors and windows they removed was better then what's in now.

My experience with Armorvue windows and doors has been great. They installed new front doors for me a few years ago and the installation was great. Recently one of the doors started to stick, so I called them and they sent there tech EJ to look at the problem. He was able to resolve the issue easily. He was very professional and informative.
    I would highly recommend them.

I am not happy with the service. We agreed to install 6 windows and 3 were undersized. I had a gap on the top from an 1"" to 1 1/2"". So right now I only have 3 windows installed and the they have many devects. 4 days after the windows were installed I already have love bugs behind that screen of 1 of the three windows. What good are the screens if it can't even keep out mating love bugs? It does seem that the screens for the windows are undersized where they move from side to side to about a 3/8 inch play. I mentioned how sloppy the caulking was and the guy Eddie in charge of the project made light of it. Eddie even said what I paid for 6 windows wasn't a lot of money for 6 window job. I did research before and yes, I did fall in the middle range between low and high range of cost. Telling me that not all caulking jobs can be perfectly straight and he kept mentioning outside caulking when he knew I was talking about the inside caulking. The outside caulking job is trash also. I am no professional and I know I can do a better job at caulking than Eddie's nephew did. I am suppose to also have them install an impact sliding door but now I don't want them to and I don't know what I can or should do to make sure that the windows are the only thing they work on.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!! we hired this Buisness over a year ago., in short with many hurdles along the way. their communication is awful. so unless you contact them, you will hear nothing at all. next, they did the project in stages verse all at once, due to not having all the materials.. between install 1 and install 2 was 3 months of a waiting period. another 3 weeks go by. ""I call them"" asking when is the final? I had a small balance of my deposit remaining that they required I pay in full prior to them calling for final inspection.. so I pay. inspection comes out- to our surprise the entire job failed.. it was said to me by inspector that all windows, sliders and doors needed to be removed and replaced properly.. not having enough screws, not having the impact window thicker bracket installed etc. I am still waiting for the to reconcile this issue.. it has been 3 weeks- I called after week 1. I was told by project manager that they are getting their engineer to write a letter so they dont have to remove anything. they are doing a half ass job, with no quality licensed sub contractors, and requiring your FULL payment prior to inspection. they know what they are doing... SCAMMERS

Signed estimate in May 2020 for full windows and doors ($36k). Paid initial deposit in June 2020. Installation complete in September 2020. Here we are 22 months after installation and we still have an open permit on the project. 3 failed inspections. We sold the house with a lien on it and had to create a special time-based escrow account for Armorvue to complete the project, which at this point doesn't look like it's going to be met. I pulled my phone records and have 60+ calls with their office in the past 2 years. This was my 2nd job with them, I've spent over $50k and still don't feel like I get treated very well. We have a small balance ($2k) and even after the first two failed inspections they pressured me to pay in full before the third inspection (which failed as well). Apparently their policy is that you need to pay in full before inspection. Current status is that we need to get an engineer to sign off on the project because there aren't enough pictures of the work to pass an inspection. We did another full window/door project ($30k) while this one has been ongoing and Armorvue was not in our consideration set. At this point, I don't think I would consider them again.

This company is terrible. They installed the incorrect window ( only one) and have promised to replace for 2 years. Lifetime warranty is worthless. Steer clear of these guys. I would not recommend this company to anyone
