In Colfax, NC, Robert Lopez started Armor Roofing LLC, motivated by his goal to support others while becoming a father and entrepreneur. With a background in roofing and framing, he decided to focus on helping clients manage storm claims. Currently, we have grown to serve Fort Mill, SC, and Marietta, GA.

I’m Gil, the owner of Armor Roofing GA LLC. My father, a Puerto Rican born in Manhattan, NY in 1947, trained in cabinet making and later served in the United States Air Force as an aircraft mechanic. Upon his honorable discharge, he joined the carpenters union in Utica, NY, and became a carpenter. I had the privilege of learning carpentry from a young age, helping with different projects, including roofing. I carved my own path, becoming a master barber after college and recently finishing a 25-year career in info-tech administration and project management. As my first cousin, Robert Lopez, the founder of Armor Roofing LLC, and I manage a family-owned, multi-state, fully licensed, and insured roofing business that helps clients pay only their required deductibles. I will engage with your insurance company at all levels to help you get approved.
