Called to get quote they sent out a technician when I told him I wanted the whole roof done he kept asking me if I wanted all the tile lifted... I thought whole roof meant that but he looked at me like I was strange. When 2 weeks passed with no quote I finally called into the office and they said they couldn't give me a quote using existing tile I said I understand the gentleman told me it'd be cheaper to buy all brand new tile. He would get me a quote for that she said okay no problem and I mentioned that I need it done soon and she said well then I can't give you a quote. I asked them to give me a quote for next spring she goes I can't give you a quote for that either because you want it done now. I reminded her she had just told me she could give me a quote for all new tile roofing and she said well that was assuming it was going to be next spring I said well just give me that quote and she said I won't give you any quote cuz you're being rude. Interesting I was the one that had to follow up with them to get the quote they had promised yet I'm the one being rude

So happy with Marc Brodt and Armor Roofing/Exteriors! Chuck Johnston and his crew of spidermen were on site early and completed the job in less than 9 hrs. They were very professional, the work was high quality and the site was left clean and neat. I couldn't recommend any company more highly!

I had 2 strips of Comp roofing blow off in the wind in middle Feb. Called Armor Roofing and I was helped by Mello... she got a roofer to tarp the area, then slipped me into a cancelling appointment and I'm done, just before the next storms. Awesome people and great work, Eric made sure the area was clean when finished.

I discovered a leak on my roof so I called three different companies they never called back or never showed up when they said they would. I called Armor roofing they answered right away they sent a guy to check where the leak was. With in no time they were here and fixed the leak. There customer service is awesome they called when the crew was on the way.

I had a covered patio that was drooping in the middle and leaking from the gutter. I also had wood rot that needed to be repaired. I called another company and got a quote. I tried calling to schedule them to come out and do the work, but I never got a return call. I called Armor Roofing and they were out the next day. They were less expensive and also pointed out several tiles that needed to be replaced. The roofers came out on time to do the job and were friendly and professional. He explained what they would be doing and told me that both of them have been with the company for twenty years. They were done with all the repairs except for replacing the broken tiles. He said that the colors did not match and that they would have to order the tiles. They would be back to finish the job when the tiles came in. They were back in two days and finished the job. This company was great to work with and did a great job! I appreciated the communication and that they did everything in the time they said they would. I would recommend their services to anyone. I hope I won't need any repairs soon, but if that time comes, I will use them again.

Our ""valleys"" on the roof had collected dirt and leaves so Armor Roofing came out and had to remove the cement tile as they went, clean and blow the ""gunk"" away, then put all the tiles back in place. 12 valleys took about a day and a half and they kept to their original estimate. I was particularly impressed with Mello who works at the front. She went way above and beyond to work with us in scheduling. Thanks to her and the workers, she allowed us to feel comfortable with being gone while the cleaning was done. And what a great feeling to have the cause of leaks (blocked valleys) cleared and gone. Looking forward to the rain. Pray.
