If it would allow I'd offer no stars from the start.

I had set up an appointment for an estimate today November 1st 2017.

They gave me a window from 11am-1pm.

Being as I took time off work for this. I had also scheduled other roofers to come bid around these times.

I waited and about 12pm I gave them a call just to make sure we were good to go. The man that answered the phone joked that they had forgot etc. just joking of course. He the stated how unprofessional that would be etc. he then Stated of course they would be there

Which leads me to this about 2pm I still had not heard a word. As far as I knew they did no show. So I call a lady answers and says let me look into it. A few minutes later I get a call from who I assume was the estimator that said. ""Well I pulled up and there was another person there already so I didn't get out of the truck""

Didn't bother to call, email or wait a few minutes. Made me call to then be told this. I do not recommend this company to my worst enemy.
