Needed a new roof for my home and found Armando on Home Advisor. He was
Licenesed and bonded so got an estimate and had them do the job. I'm not easily
impressed but Armando came everyday and worked with his crew. He kept me
informed daily of the progress of my job, always kept his word, was always on time
and cleaned my yard at the end of EVERY day. This was important as I have a dog....
never found any roofing material on the grounds not even a nail.
This is a family runned business and everyone knows their job and does it well.
I now have the best looking roof in the neighborhood so if you need a roof this is the guy
and seriously how often do you see every review with 5 stars?

I can't say enough about Armando's Roofing. When I needed a roof examination and repair I called the company and the young lady who answered the phone was very polite and professional. Armando came out personally to provide an estimate which proved to be highly competitive so we hired him. He was highly professional, honest in his assessment and vary likable. He gave me an appointment within two days and did the work himself. I am thoroughly satisfied with the quality of his work. He was neat, fast and very thorough. I highly recommend Armando's Roofing for anyone who needs a new roof or roof repair.

A portion of my house has a flat roof. Tornado type winds at the end of October 2019 uplifted half of my existing flat roof off the plywood base and flipped it over landing on the tile portion of the main house roofing causing some damage there. I contacted the one roofing company I always depend on here locally. He showed up same day I called him and stated he would get me with an estimate later in the evening. I never did receive his estimate and he did not get back to me after subsequent requests for the estimate. Puzzled for sure?? I had to look for another roofer to address our damaged roof issue. I found two roofers via Yelp including Armando's Roofing. The other roofer committed to come and assess the damage for an estimate but never did show on date committed. Armando showed on date he scheduled and promptly assessed and provided his estimate. In speaking with Armando I understood that he had lots of years in roofing work and the business. There were about eight reviews that I saw for Armando's roofing and all were 5 reviews. I usually like to see more reviews before I contract with someone but Armando's professionalism, his many years of roofing, obvious knowledge and his personal disposition made my decision easy. His daughter Yesenia promptly delivered the contract to me via email and I was satisfied with the work repair description and the price seemed fair and normal for 900 square feet. Armando's crew of three young workers showed up as scheduled and they got to work. Armando was not on this job. The crew lead Fidel was informative about everything they were going to do for this torch down roof install and was always willing to address my concerns as the work progressed. It took two days to get the job completed. They removed all the damaged roof and left everything tidy once the work was completed. The result was completely satisfactory. After the job was completed I received a call from Armando as he wanted to know if everything was satisfactory. I appreciated this important and professional follow up. The final billing process handled by Yesenia was also via email and extremely convenient and simple. This company has it together!

I feel complete confidence in this roofing company for any future roof issues. Armando's work is also warrantied for three years from completion. I would highly recommend Armando's Roofing Company. In fact, I have already recommended Armando to a close relative and after speaking to my relative just yesterday she informed me that she felt the same way about Armando as I did and entered into a contract to get her entire roof redone.

In the midst of 3 rain storms this week, I discovered a new leak in my living room. In a panic, I contacted Armando about covering the hole in my roof with a tarp as a temp fix until the rains stop. He came to my house 3 hours after I first contacted him - during a rain storm! Instead of just covering the hole with a tarp, he fixed it!! And, he fixed a few other problems I wasn't even aware of. He did all this work for the same price he quoted for simply covering the hole. And, his prices are reasonable. I'm having him come back after the rain stops to do a full roof inspection and hopefully fix any more problems. Now, I don't have to worry about the storms coming tonight and on Thursday. I feel lucky to have found Armando on such short notice. I would recommend him to anyone looking for an honest guy who works hard and delivers on his promises.
