wish i could give less than one star. Owner fraudulenty gave us a waiver and release of lien at completion of job that was even notarized. We gave final payment when we were given the release which clearly stated, ""all persons, firms, associations, coroporations, or other entities furnishing labor, services or materials have been paid in full therefore no claim of a mechanics lien will be imposed against real property."" Come to find out, the metal supplier was not paid and has now put a lien on our property, and we are responsible for all attorney's fees. Owner (Tony Ruggiano) will not answer or return calls, people in office are clueless and blame him. CAUTION: STEER CLEAR OF THIS COMPANY!!!!! Makes me sick to my stomach that I did everything correctly and am still having to deal with this mess.

Warning To All! Armadillo Roofing is currently having problems paying there contractors and there employees. I have been waiting 3/4 of the year to have a roof installed & when I confronted the company in this matter they stated that they misfiled my documents. When I ask for my money back they strung me along for two weeks. It was then followed by don't call us we will call you.

I have no roof and most likely lost all my deposit. All the people currently been bullied by the owner (Tony) should do what I did and seek legal assistance. Also read current reviews of Armadillo Roofing in the ""Better Business Bureau"" website. It is important that all those affected speak up against Armadillo using social media.

The is the biggest issue with the company(s) is that the OWNER (Tony) told me that if he ever saw me and my family out at a restaurant that he would ""flip our table over on us."" He also told me he ""was outside my house"" to pick up the check. Causing my wife and my family despair while I was at work.

This is due to a legal issue with our general contractor and payment. I called Armadillo and filled them in on the situation very transparent and amicable. Since, however, once the owner got my phone number, he has called me several times to try to coerce payment from me.

I continue to explain to him that I am working on getting him paid, but that I need the legalese to pan out and the GC to send over final paperwork.

In fact, Armadillo should not be confronting me for payment, but should be calling the GC (trying to double dip???). I'm of the opinion that the OWNER just likes to bully people.

WE ARENT EVEN 60 days late on payment.

That's just the worse part of the issue.

1) Roofer showed up and asked me were roof started and ended
2) Roofers showed up without the proper ladders on multiple occasions. Even scaling the wall without a ladder putting their crew at risk and my insurance.
3) After Armadillo removed the roof and put down new underlayment we had 3 new leaks. Ruining our ceiling.
4) After they said we were water tight AGAIN, my wife heard water drops. 2 people from Armadillo came over and assured my wife there was no leaks. I smelled something fishy, left work, and found 2 leaks in less than 10 minutes.
5) Sent over a handy man without the proper equiptment again. Handyman falls and proceeds to try to go after our liability insurance.
6) Had to redo work because proper documentation was not taken for the inspector.
7) Ordered the wrong color tiles even though they had done work in the subdivision before. Ordered cream when the HOA requires white.
8) Threatened me on more than 1 occasion. Told me he was ""outside my house"" to pick up check. Causing my wife distress.

BUYER BEWARE!!!!

Also the OWNER of Bella Custom Builders (multi mill homes). Threatening me over less than 10k. If you need 10k to keep the lights on in construction, something is off. If you contacted my lawyer as was asked, that would have been more productive as well.

Tried to take the high road, but tired of the intimidation attempts....

The kicker to all of this, is that we are just a small family that had some bad luck with Irma. We try to do the right thing. We are trying to get the right people paid....and we still have to deal with #$%@ like this over a year out.
