I needed 2 gable vents replaced, when I called in the owner was very responsive and said an estimator would be out to provide me an estimate. It took weeks for one reason or another and when I finally got the estimate it was $3,500 and could possibly go up from there. This is at most a 500 to $1,000 job as I have discussed with a few handymen since receiving this ridiculous estimate. I guess these guys are all about the profit they can suck out of you, be very careful if you choose to use them!!

I had a metal roof installed on my 2 story house because I was tired of hail and wind damage. It wasn't cheap, and it was tempting to go with shingles as usual, but I am thrilled that I did it now.
Mark, the owner, is friendly and professional. No pressure to choose any one product over another, just great advice. All work was done as promised, an I would definitely use Armadillo again!

This includes the best communication I have ever received from any company. Every step of the way Mark was right there with an email, text or when needed a call. I always knew where we stood during the project, always. Mark went above and beyond more than once and delivered everything he promised on time and without any drama at all. Just good old fashioned master management skills (not to mention he actually rolled up his sleeves a few times and did several task himself, rare kind of bird that Mark).

These guys actually take pride in their work and in doing an honest days work. I wish you could all see the quality of work and craftsmanship Rey performed when he rebuilt our roof. Roberto , another fine associate with the company was the picture of a professional carpenter. And both of these guys managed their people with great skill and in a fashion I appreciated. Seemed like a good place to be working-my roof.

I would not hesitate to recommend this company. As a matter of fact I have already introduced Mark to my neighbor and plan to spread the word far and wide. We owe it to companies like this and to our friends and neighbors to share good news. This is a good news company.

Mark and his crew at Armadillo Roofing sealed up my roof and exterior walls in my Austin rental home from mice and rats getting into my attic. Although I have never seen the results as I live in California and had to coordinate all the repairs over the phone, I can tell you that Mark promptly returned phone calls, emails, and texts; provided pictures of areas requiring repairs; scheduled the work and completed it within a reasonable time period; and was very friendly, personal, and easy to work with. I felt very comfortable dealing with Mark and trusting his recommendations, even from 1,300 miles away! Just imagine how I will feel when I move to Austin and actually get to deal with Mark in person next time I need some roofing work done!

Through a miscommunication between management and field personnel they failed to meet me at the scheduled time for inspection / quote. I found this disconcerting and decided against working with them even though they were quite apologetic. I got a few quotes from other roofing companies but then received a call from the solar company that had given me the referral originally urging me to give Armadillo another chance. I rescheduled and was satisfied that they would do the job properly within the insurance reimbursement plan. They seem to have done a quality instal. I paid a modest amount for upgrade to an Atlas Pinnacle Pristine scotch guard impregnated architectural shingle as recommended by the solar guy. He said that they had done a solar instal on such a roof (which can really wear down a shingle surface) and that it really held up. Armadillo showed up on the agreed day and did a clean tear down to the existing underlayment, installed a new underlayment on top of that, installed the new shingles and ridge venting, new valley metal and drip edge per insurance specification. They threw in matching shingle coverage on my storage shed. The clean up was adequate. All in all, I am pleased with the quality of their install and the product I selected. They seem committed to long term customer satisfaction and I expect coverage if I find leakage once the weather turns.

I submitted a request for a quote on Saturday and Kenny was in the area and responded in an hour. He came by to check out my leak and general roof quality concerns with pests getting in. He went up on the roof for an estimate and spent a good amount of time up there. When he came back down he told me that the cause of the leak was because there were four holes on the roof from when I took my satellite down and forgot to plug the holes. He said he filled up those holes for me and also took care of a few other little things he saw. Kenny showed me pictures he took of vents that had been chewed through and said while they could do the work of patching them up, I should call a pest company to do a good thorough job that could be warrantied. He refused to let me pay him anything for his time. I hope something goes wrong with my roof in the future so I can have an excuse to call Armadillo Roofing again.

Mark is the best! My roof was at the tail end of a warranty and he came right out to fix it. After 9 years one shingle had lifted, he came out fixed and walked the roof to see if there were any other issues. He pointed out a few things that I needed to take care of on my end but told me the roof looked great still! Thank you Mark. Just as professional as when you came to instal the roof years ago!

The April 2015 hail storm left us with roof and water damage. Armadillo was referred to us and we couldn't be more pleased. David, the project manager, was onsite at the start and finish of each phase to ensure everything was done properly. Mark, the owner, has been engaged and responsive anytime we had questions.
