Luke Jansen came out to evaluate the roof and did a fabulous job of explaining everything to me, as I am not proficient in 'roofing lingo'. He worked with my insurance company to minimize my out of pocket expenses. The crew did a good job cleaning up and the project was completed on time and with little effort on my part. I am one happy homeowner!

I am based in California, so I'm not able to call on their direct services, but Luke has been there for me still! I have a aluminum/foam flat roof sunroom with a major leaking problem that I wasn't able to find any resources for until I found Ark Roofer's Youtube. I emailed Luke for some follow up questions and he responded right away. He is still helping me find the right the materials to use and is so kind! If the recent hail storm or high winds have done a number on y'alls roofs the way it did on ours, I highly recommend contacting Joe Jones at Ark Roofer to get things checked out. We had our roof replaced yesterday, and I couldn't be happier with the results. Joe was an absolute asset helping us through the insurance claims process, explaining all materials that would be used, and what to expect. I have never in the past had anything good to say about roofers. In my experience, they have been somewhat flaky and driven by nothing but profit. The motto seemed to be ""Get in, Get out, Get paid"".
Luke from Ark Roofer (https://www.arkroofer.com) has completely changed my attitude. I was having a great deal of difficulty with both my insurance company and my mortgage company over getting my roof repaired. This was to the extent that the entire process took over a year. That, by itself, is enough to make anyone go completely insane. Luke was more than patient. He not only stuck with me patiently, he actively advocated for me to ensure it would be taken care of. This could not have been an easy process for him and I am sure he spent a great deal of time that he could have spent actually roofing other houses and earning a living. I am confident in stating that without him, my roof would still not be complete and I would still be fighting. This is what customer service really is, not just words or slogans but actual commitment and effort to ensure the job gets taken care of properly. On top of all of this, when he was able to start the work it was done very efficiently and overall did an excellent job.
If you need a new roof, at least talk to him. You will not be disappointed.

I was in need of a new roof, but needled to have it done through insurance. Called several roofers and no one even offered to file a claim. Heard about Ark roofer from a neighbor. He had a similar situation as mine. He had a couple of roofers come out and could not get his insurance company to approve replacement of his roof. He finally got in touch with Luke Secora. Luke gets over 90 percent of his claims approved because he has a unique way to present the owners claim. That is what he was able to do for me. I am extremely pleased with the process and quality of materials and workmanship. This guy is so good he got my neighbors mailbox replaced. Ark goes the extra mile to make sure the client gets everything covered under your insurance. Nuff said. These guys are awesome to work with!!!
