Nely, Joel and his guys were terrific. Another roofing company made us wait a month before even coming out to give us an estimate... But I called Arias Roofing after seeing their sign at a house down the street. I called Wednesday, Joel showed up Thursday to check our roof out, he came back on Friday to finish the job. Boom. Done. And did a great job! We had two skylights removed and he sealed up all of our old nails, patch holes, fixed flashing, yada yada yada. Anyway - Arias is dope and you should use them.

I called a few roofers to get a couple estimates on some general repairs to my roof for raised flashings and loose shingles, and Arias Roofing Corp had the best price by a long shot. Joel came for an inspection and later that afternoon Nely was able to send me an estimate. We were able to start the job within a couple days of accepting the estimate. Joel and his team came promptly in the morning and were done with the repairs by the afternoon! He also took the time to explain some of the potential issues he noticed during the repair, as well as explain the repair work itself. Although I only had to do some maintenance on my roof, I will definitely contact Joel again when it's time to completely change the entire roof, thank you again!

From aging of 25+ years & recent wicked winds that created some damage, it was time to pull the trigger on a complete full roof replacement (old material, wind impacted, then rain soaked, a host of issues!) In speaking to more than five different roofing companies (& several others whom barely even returned a simple phone call), the decision was made to go with this wonderful family-run business; a prompt & detailed-oriented manner of workmanship that showed their professionalism is top-notch. No overselling of any type for unnecessary b/s, very straight-forward & complete confidence in getting it done without difficulty; I might add this two-story roof is quite high & not exactly easy to access. Not only was the price better than others, I made keen observation that they cleaned up thoroughly (at end of each & every day) to ensure debris wasn't in disarray all over the premises & hazardous nails were not scattered everywhere where the four-legged furry friends could get hurt. Great color selection for pristine shingles & brand-new gutters all the way around. We couldn't be more pleased, Arias Roofing finished this big project in just a few days & did a superb job; not just one, but both hands two thumbs up!

Great experience working with Arias roofing! Called in to get estimate and quickly had someone come out to check our roof. When we had questions communicating with them was a breeze, quickly responding to our calls and emails. We have 2 story house with tile roof that is about 20 years old. We had leaks and tiles slipping from all the winds. They were respectful and came out with masks on, really made us feel safe. The work they did was top notch! I think they went above and beyond to fix our leaks and sort out the tiles that were slipping. They even re painted and now it looks perfect. After the job was done they took pictures.

Nely and Joel are very responsive and polite over the phone and email. Had them repair a leak and replace flashings and so far so good. They spent far longer than I expected them to for the repairs which I think shows how thorough they are. Can't even see where they did the repairs on my roof. Will be hiring them again when I reroof for solar.

Excellent, excellent service. Had about 8 roofing companies come out to give estimates for a new roof in Glendale. They were one of the most affordable out of all the companies we saw. They were professional and easy to deal with. Had to have 2 inspections for the new roof and passed both inspections with no problems. And our roof has very pitched slopes which made the work more difficult but they handled it with no problems.
Even had one of the inspectors tell us that the work on the roof was excellent.

We also had to deal with a family member who was in hospice during the roofing work. Arias Roofing asked us if they wanted us to stop work while we had to deal with our situation. So very thoughtful and caring of them.
They also came and put a temporary patch on our roof before the rainy season and before they started work on our roof. A great company that we will use for any roofing work that needs to be done for our homes.

You owe it to yourself to call them for a roofing quote. Don't pay those crazy high prices some ""elite"" roofing companies will charge. Deal with a company that is professional and reasonable.

Joel and his crew at Arias Roofing are absolutely amazing! I'm a physician myself, and I was blown away at the level of expertise, honesty and speed with which they completed the project. They were referred to me by a colleague at work and so immediately I felt like I could trust them. It started with a site visit where Joel went up on the roof and took a lot of detailed pictures to show me what was needed. Then he gave me a written contract and came in on budget and ahead of schedule. The whole time sending me updated pictures of the progress of the roof. In addition to repairing my Spanish tile roof, they also pressure washed it and treated it with an anti algae type solution as well.

Lastly, they went above and beyond to pressure wash the sidewalk in front of my house (no extra charge) and to clean up after themselves.

Nely is an angel who took her time to always respond to our questions and all my requests. I had a lot of requests. They even showed the pictures of our roof after they were done with the job. Joel is always on time and is very professional. If I ever have a leak again (I hope not anytime soon), I'll call them again.
