Nely and Joel are very responsive and polite over the phone and email. Had them repair a leak and replace flashings and so far so good. They spent far longer than I expected them to for the repairs which I think shows how thorough they are. Can't even see where they did the repairs on my roof. Will be hiring them again when I reroof for solar.

Excellent, excellent service. Had about 8 roofing companies come out to give estimates for a new roof in Glendale. They were one of the most affordable out of all the companies we saw. They were professional and easy to deal with. Had to have 2 inspections for the new roof and passed both inspections with no problems. And our roof has very pitched slopes which made the work more difficult but they handled it with no problems.
Even had one of the inspectors tell us that the work on the roof was excellent.

We also had to deal with a family member who was in hospice during the roofing work. Arias Roofing asked us if they wanted us to stop work while we had to deal with our situation. So very thoughtful and caring of them.
They also came and put a temporary patch on our roof before the rainy season and before they started work on our roof. A great company that we will use for any roofing work that needs to be done for our homes.

You owe it to yourself to call them for a roofing quote. Don't pay those crazy high prices some ""elite"" roofing companies will charge. Deal with a company that is professional and reasonable.

Joel and his crew at Arias Roofing are absolutely amazing! I'm a physician myself, and I was blown away at the level of expertise, honesty and speed with which they completed the project. They were referred to me by a colleague at work and so immediately I felt like I could trust them. It started with a site visit where Joel went up on the roof and took a lot of detailed pictures to show me what was needed. Then he gave me a written contract and came in on budget and ahead of schedule. The whole time sending me updated pictures of the progress of the roof. In addition to repairing my Spanish tile roof, they also pressure washed it and treated it with an anti algae type solution as well.

Lastly, they went above and beyond to pressure wash the sidewalk in front of my house (no extra charge) and to clean up after themselves.

Nely is an angel who took her time to always respond to our questions and all my requests. I had a lot of requests. They even showed the pictures of our roof after they were done with the job. Joel is always on time and is very professional. If I ever have a leak again (I hope not anytime soon), I'll call them again.

I actually agreed to have my roof replace by a contractor that was recommended by my sister in law but changed my mind after talking to Joel who did the inspection and gave me an estimate. I talked to at least 5 roofing companies In Tujunga area to get the best possible work and best price. A lot of them said that they are the best in the business like no one else can do the job better than them to persuade you to hire them. Then, they'll present you with this outrageous estimate 2-3X more than the average price. Joel & Nelly provided a very reasonable estimate and job description in writing without the extra ""BS"" that some companies try to sell you. I also informed Joel to make sure no debris or trash falls on my neighbor's side to avoid any complaints since my neighbor is a total a..hole. In other words, Arias Roofing delivered and provided an excellent job. They were very flexible, professional and trustworthy. I'm very happy with the services provided and I wish there's more honest and great people like Joel & Nelly.

So happy I found Arias! First class customer service every step of the way! They came out to provide a quote a few hours after calling. Of the three companies that came out Arias was the only one who took the time to provide a written quote via email with specific details outlining the work and materials (much appreciated).

One section of my home roof had a leak and another section wasn't channeling water which was causing the wood underneath to rot.

Joel spent a full day replacing the rotten wood, laying down new membrane and sealing everything up. When it rained the next day and one section of the repairs was dripping water onto the stucco Joel came back multiple times to redo the cement work and re-align the shingles until all the water correctly dripped away from the stucco. That attention to detail and customer service was truly impressive! Will definitely hire Arias again, happy to support a local family run business!
