Ariana Roofing did an impeccable job on our 2-3K square ft. roof with a few ridges/valleys/2 skylights. Price was about 1/3 less than bigger name quotes that advertise heavily.
The men were pleasant, approachable and worked with us when we wanted to ""save"" our 2 older skylights. They installed with no guarantee and skylights are water-tight and we are happy to have them.
The men seemed so knowledgeable. Nieves said that he sends them to trade school for a period of time.
Each day observing their work I couldnt even find trash, nails nor damaged plants -- I wondered at complaints about other roofing companies -- but NOW, I see another local company working and I am shocked at the mess and time it is taking, with the roof sitting with only felt in place, going on 2 weeks. That prompted me to write this review (which I should have done a couple of years ago...)

We had a new roof and gutters installed on our home by Ariana Roofing, along with interior wall repairs due to roof leaks.

Ariana Roofing was a pleasure to work with! The Owner, Nieves Jauregui, came out as scheduled and gave us an estimate for a new roof and gutters, and also provided helpful information on how we could fix other interior home repairs. We were impressed by his knowledge and his kindness and honesty. He emailed a written quote and we were off and running with our long overdue roof replacement.

The project went as scheduled and communication was excellent. Our roof was almost 40 yrs old, so we knew there might be areas with dry rot. Even with the extra work, Ariana's crew finished the project on schedule and we were very happy with the results.

In addition to the excellent job, we were impressed by how the crew cleaned up every evening after they finished work.

We highly recommend Ariana Roofing. We would give them 10 stars! They are an excellent and trustworthy company!

I cannot emphasize enough the professionalism and workmanship of Ariana Roofing. Nieves, the owner, came to our house on a Friday to give us an estimate on a new roof for the garage. The estimate came in at a more than fair range. He said they could replace the roof on Monday and that is exactly what happened. The crew was courteous, hardworking and they left the area spotless. They also hauled away heavy debris I had laying around... for free. It is really nice to deal with someone that does what they say and at a fair price. What more could one ask for?

Nieves is amazing!! I had to get a contractor to come fix my roof right away. I called Nieves explained to him what was going on and what my exact situation was. He was very understanding he let me know he would call some of his clients to see if he can help me out.

I got a call back a day later and he let me know he was ready to fix my roof. I am grateful that everything worked out. Thank you Nieves and everyone at Ariana Roofing for the great work. The team was very professional and clean. After each day they would clean up everything before leaving. Most other contractors from my experience let everything lay around until the job is done so that they can only clean a 1 or 2 times instead of always cleaning up after themselves. Highly Recommended.

Ariana Roofing installed our new roof in 2018 and we are very happy! From the start, Nieves was responsive, forthright, and he provided us with a competitive quote. We were very particular about all the items we wanted and Nieves took the time to review and discuss with us. His crew mobilized and we were blown away by their meticulous attention to detail, efficiency, and quality of workmanship. We are not easily impressed but we have to admit, Ariana Roofing exceeded our expectations. One take away is you get what you pay for and doing business with Ariana Roofing is well worth it!

I hired Ariana Roofing to re-do the roof on the home that my family just purchased. I couldn't be happier with the result. Nieves, the owner of the company, came out quickly to give an estimate and gave a very reasonable one. After having four other roofing companies come out and bid, Nieves came with the most professional presentation, even providing sample colors and a full booklet of options. We ultimately selected a color with some input from Nieves and the roof looks fantastic to the point of almost transforming the appearance of our home. The crew also cleaned up the area when the job was done. I would recommend Ariana roofing to anyone considering them and I anticipate hiring them to re-paint the house in the future.

Ariana Roofing was the best value of the 3 estimates I received. Two others were too busy to give me an estimate so I am happy when a contractor bothers to show up these days. They did a great job and I will try to provide pics. The reason they did not get 5 stars is because I had to pay in full before they would finish the work. It cost about $4k more so I thought that was weird. Also they charge 3% if you use a credit card. So I had to trust them when I paid by check. That is hard for me. I was lucky that they turned out to be decent.

This guy was nice enough to contact me right away. However without looking at my housing or asking about how large it is he quoted me a rough pricing that is 2x of what other reputable companies had. This just raise a red flag for me right away on how professional and ethical is he.
