I called when I discovered a leak. Robert came, put a tarp on where he thought the leak was and we discussed repairs, I gave him a $200 deposit. After meeting with Robert a couple of times, he gave me an estimate of $6000 for a new roof. I asked for a written estimate. He gave no breakdown of material and labor, never even the price of the shingles. I decided not to have him do the work and asked about the deposit. He sent several angry, some threatening text messages...including telling me that the tarp was $150 & that a tree branch he'd removed (I paid someone else to haul it after it was cut) was another $150, so I OWED him $100 !
Later, he texted that the tarp was an EMERGENCY REPAIR, which he charges $250 minimum!!!
Threatened to bill me for additional money and file a lien (which he spelled lean)!!!

He kept adding on more costs ,as threats when I told him I would review on yelp.
He apparently believes that he can just create prices, AFTER the fact, and threaten legal action. I believe it's called extortion.

Do not hire Robert or ARG for any roof or repair project you may have!!! His work was of a very poor quality. He cut corners wherever he could. He promised to make corrections to the shoddy work that was done to our soffit and facia. He never showed and has since avoided all attempts at communication. Our soffits are sagging and coming down, due to being pre cut instead of measured to fit, and then corrected only with caulk to fill the gaps in an effort to hide the poor cuts. There were also screws that were not put through the soffit edges. He blamed the house. The soffit joints are also sagging and separating. He also cut a facia board short and filled a one inch gap with caulk in the hopes of hiding it, or keeping together. He had no excuse or explanation for this, only an empty promise to come back and fix it, which did not happen. We were referred to Robert by a realtor friend of ours who has also ceased using Robert as a repair man due to his lack of professionalism and poor work quality. He does not stand by his word, his warranties, or his agreements. If I could give negative stars I would. Do not let his BBB rating fool you. I will be in contact with them as well so, that Robert will be unable to scam anyone else in the future.

We had some roof repairs recommended by the home inspector on a rental property. I got estimates from different roofing companies and Robert's estimate was very competitive and reasonable compared to other estimates. He promptly made the repairs and also sent us before and after pictures of the fixes he made which was very helpful. Would definitely use his services again in future.

We had a roof leak by the Chimney. Robert came out and did not find any obvious tears near the chimney or around the cricket. He put fixes in all the potential places - also repainted chimney walls where the paint had worn out. The pricing was reasonable. He provided a written 3 year warranty.

After another round of rain I saw leaks. Robert came back immediately and fixed the entire region around the chimney. He stands by his work and will not quit until the problem is fixed.

I will use him and his crew for future handy jobs.

Rob repaired a roof leak at our home. He was thorough in finding and explaining the root cause. What I thought was just bad flashing, turned out to be something different. You can tell he is knowledgeable and takes pride in his work. He backs it up with a 2 year warranty. I made a mess trying to repair the leak myself. He was nice enough to not give me a hard time about that.

Have completed fixing shingles roof by replacing 5 rows of shingles on the roof. The job was well done in a way that you cannot notice that the roof was patched.
Robert provided quality of work done by an experienced person. The cost rate is very reasonable.
Showed up on time as promised and did the job right within reasonable time. I strongly recommend him for any roof repair job.

Robert replaced a roof turbine for me at a reasonable price. He did it the same day, even though I was not in a hurry. His price was less than the ""minimum job price"" of another roofer advertising on Craigslist.
