Arete Roofing (Juan and Team) did an amazing job on my log home's roof, gutters and downspouts. They replaced a 30 year old roof using high quality GAF materials. They have all the modern equipment for standard and custom installation. These guys are the best around and their service and communication is the best. Right from the beginning of the quoting process to the very last day of installation, the process went as initially explained and quoted. Their removal and installation teams were extremely courteous and professional in their workmanship and they cleaned up the ground around the house every single day. Don't waste your time getting other quotes with other roofers. I got quotes from 4 roofing companies and Arete came in at the best price and the best part is he worked as best he could with my time schedule. Juan is very accommodating and a great businessman and quality contractor. I guarantee you will not be disappointed!

Juan and his crew did a great job installing a metal roof on a garage my husband and I are building, and a shingle roof on a shed we're building. He always got back to me right away, kept me in good communication about scheduling and was flexible when we needed more time. He uses high quality materials and charges fair prices. He was able to come out and install the underlayment the same day we passed inspection on the nailing pattern. Normally that underlayment would be fine until the roofing comes in, but we live in a very high wind canyon and it blew off during a storm. Juan and his crew came out on short notice during a massive storm and helped my husband install tarps. They had to wrestle with gigantic tarps in 40 mph winds. But they got it done. We're lucky to have a roofer like Juan in Amador county.

Very friendly and professional! Juan did a roof inspection while I was in escrow for my house and gave me an estimate of how long the roof would last. I cannot be more happy with Arete Roofing, especially the owner Juan.....I had a Sacramento roofing company check on a leak in my roof and wanted to charge me $6k. A friend referred me to Arete Roofing in Ione CA and Juan showed up. Juan had found the leak in my roof within 15 minutes and repaired it in 10 minutes. Juan did not want to charge me anything but I had to give him something for his time.....Juan can be trusted! Being in law enforcement, I can judge good character when I see it.....
