Arcon Roofing did an amazing job on my roof replacement and at an affordable price! Outside of the permitting process, which is under the control of the issuing city's permitting department, the work was completed sooner than I expected. The workers were nice and left everything clean once the work was completed and the office staff were very helpful! Also, a warranty letter and copy of the permit were provided (must have!). Overall, I was pleased with the work and timeline in which it was completed and just in time for the upcoming hurricane season. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND Arcon Roofing!!! Thank you!

Found this company on the NextDoor App and decided to give them a call. Our roof had been leaking in various spots throughout our great room. Apparently the previous work we had done was not done properly. John came by to do the estimate which was thought out and clearly explained in writing 24-48 hours later. He gave us two options - to repair or fully replaced with a guarantee on the work either way. He seemed like an honest, good guy so we moved forward with the repair. Extra points for being sweet to our Miniature Schnauazer. Should we decide to replace the roof in a few years we will definitely be calling them back.

If you're looking for a roofer that does quality work, provides great service and actually does what they say they will...call Arcon. To make a long story short Arcon took over a job from another roofer (who went out of business mid stream). Arcon fixed the roof issues and navigated through all the associated bureaucracy with grace and professionalism. They were terrific!

I used Arcon Roofing for two of our other properties and called them after Hurricane Irma to help with our new home. Mike, one of the men who comes to give pricing, wrote up a contract and we agreed.
Little did I know he was taking complete advantage of our trust. It took almost a month for someone to come out to actually do the work from the time we submitted the contract. Not only did we have to wait a month, once they started the small repairs it took several phone calls for them to come and complete the job. My roof was left exposed for several weeks.
Once the repair man was in the middle of the work he called his boss, Mike and suggested we complete the rapper a different way. While on speaker we heard Mike instruct the worker to ""don't charge them more, we got enough out of them.""
I sent the company THREE checks and a woman by the name of Ramona continues to call me. Finally this morning, I told her I would send a FOURTH check and if she doesn't receive this one I would drive out of my way to bring her the payment. The woman on the other line responded ""I don't trust you"" and insinuated I was a liar and not trustworthy. The only people in this transaction that are liars and take advantage of customers is ARCON ROOFING. This company does nice work but they clearly take advantage of their customers and need a better lesson in customer service.

Arcon was referred to me by two friends who used them for their roof replacement. I would highly recommend Arcon. I got quotes from 4-5 different companies, but John was the only one who noticed I had T&G wood instead of plywood. He was also the most professional contractor that came to my house. The replaced my old roof on my house built in 1940 with no issues, and passed all inspections with no issues. I would highly recommend Arcon for any roofing job. Thanks guys!!

I shopped for a new roof and interviewed 5 companies. By far they were not the most expensive nor the cheapest but offered service and were very very understanding. They delivered not only a beautiful tile roof but also service like i never saw. When they said they would be here they were on time every time, when I had some follow up work to be done years later they came, addressed the issue and said thank you!! Highly recommend!!
