Chris Archibald, owner of Archie's Roofing and Construction, is a fraud and man of the worst character. He contracted with my consulting company, A-Z Claim Experts of America, to complete and file several insurance claim supplemental estimates and still owes for work performed. Each claim was increased and approved based on our due diligence, in some cases in excess of $10k more than the insurance carrier was willing to pay for damages, and this was still not enough for this man. Not only does he still owe, arrogantly refuses to pay for the last claim filed per his request, he has resorted to unwarranted anger, vicious unfounded attacks on character, but has also taken great pride in power wielded by withholding payment, mind you to the employee, who has managed to achieve the results obtained while being homeless and under tremendous pressure and stress. While not rightfully providing payment, Mr. Archibald has on numerous occasions referred to the estimate writer as, ""a deadbeat dad"", and much nastier descriptions. He has even contacted the insured and assassinated the estimate writers character. And while doing so, collected a fat check for $595, almost 3 times the amount owed to us.

Multiple attempts have been made to collect payment an all Chris Archibald does is laugh as if this is somehow funny. Oh yeah, he reminds us that he will be going on yet another cruise very shortly, while his refusal of payment for services rendered is literally life or death for the individual who gave his all to ensure that Chris Archibald, Archies Roofing and his client received the highest level of care that A-Z Claim Experts of America had to offer.

All attempts made to reach resolution with the owner of Ascension, Gary Maze, has went equally ignored and unresolved, who as of last communication was enjoying a European vacation while Mr, Archibald runs amok.

Archie Roofing assisted me in having my insurance get me in a new roof. So, I gave his company the roofing job. He was so unprofessional and downright nasty and disrespectful individual. He felt because I was a woman that he was going to just take advantage of me, and I showed him differently because I brought the same energy back to him but be aware he do not like to be questioned because he is being deceptive and trying to steal individual money by overcharging and using used or old materials and using materials from other jobs. So do your research before you hire Arche's Roofing and Construction. He was downright disrespectful to me being a single woman just asking questions about my roof. He was using two different types of materials on my roof. He used tar felt on one half of my house and he used some pink plastic type of materials on the other half. When I asked him why he got belligerent with me, he cursed me out and then threatened to stop the job and put a lien on my house. He also tried to charge me for items that I did not need. Like a Texas Windstorm Certification $500, which you can't even get in Harris County and then also he tried to charge me$150 for pulling a permit when he did not pull.
