Through the asbestos projects at ARC Abatement, the management team and crew experienced the dissatisfaction general contractors faced with roofing firms. Complaints varied from inadequate quality to slow response times due to multiple change requests. The CEO and founder of ARC Abatement, together with a business associate, launched ARC Roofing.

In 2013, Ron Daniel, a dedicated Texan and entrepreneur, joined forces with Glenn Thomas to create ARC Roofing. As the founder and CEO of ARC Abatement, Daniel experienced the frustrations general contractors had with roofing services, prompting the creation of ARC Roofing.

Daniel founded ARC Abatement in his garage over three decades ago. Today, the company is a leader in the environmental contracting sector, employing 300 people and generating annual revenues of around $22 million. As the president and CEO, Daniel shapes the direction of ARC Abatement and supervises corporate strategy, business expansion, and M&A activities.

He actively participates in enhancing safety, education, training, and licensing standards in the environmental contracting industry. Daniel possesses numerous certifications and licenses in several aspects of the industry. Daniel enjoys family life with his spouse and two children.

In his free time, he likes to play golf and cheer for the Texas Rangers and Dallas Cowboys.
