ARC Roofing was established to address the challenges recognized by its sibling company, ARC Abatement. While working on asbestos jobs at ARC Abatement, the managers and crew noted the frustrations general contractors had with roofing services. Concerns included poor quality of work and extended timelines resulting from numerous alterations. The founder and CEO of ARC Abatement partnered with a colleague to create ARC Roofing.

Ron Daniel, a true Texan with an entrepreneurial mindset, teamed up with Glenn Thomas to establish ARC Roofing in 2013. Having founded ARC Abatement, Daniel recognized the issues general contractors faced with roofing companies, which inspired the formation of ARC Roofing.

Daniel founded ARC Abatement in his garage over three decades ago. Today, the company is a leader in the environmental contracting sector, employing 300 people and generating annual revenues of around $22 million. As the president and CEO, Daniel shapes the direction of ARC Abatement and supervises corporate strategy, business expansion, and M&A activities.

Daniel is also involved in promoting safety, education, training, and licensing within the environmental contracting field. He is certified and licensed in various domains within the industry. He is a family man, married with two kids.

During his leisure hours, he enjoys golfing and supporting the Texas Rangers and Dallas Cowboys.
