ARC Roofing was created to meet the demands observed by its related company, ARC Abatement. Through the asbestos projects at ARC Abatement, the management team and crew experienced the dissatisfaction general contractors faced with roofing firms. Concerns included poor quality of work and extended timelines resulting from numerous alterations. The founder and CEO of ARC Abatement, along with a business partner, established ARC Roofing.

Ron Daniel, a true Texan with an entrepreneurial mindset, teamed up with Glenn Thomas to establish ARC Roofing in 2013. Daniel, who also founded ARC Abatement, saw the challenges general contractors faced with roofing firms, leading to the establishment of ARC Roofing.

Daniel founded ARC Abatement in his garage over three decades ago. Today, the company is a leader in the environmental contracting sector, employing 300 people and generating annual revenues of around $22 million. As president and CEO, Daniel guides ARC Abatement's vision and manages corporate strategy, business growth, and mergers and acquisitions.

Daniel is also involved in promoting safety, education, training, and licensing within the environmental contracting field. He is certified and licensed in various domains within the industry. Daniel is married and has two children.

He spends his free time playing golf and following the Texas Rangers and Dallas Cowboys.
