ARC Roofing was created to meet the demands observed by its related company, ARC Abatement. During asbestos remediation at ARC Abatement, the leadership and crew witnessed the challenges general contractors encountered with roofing companies. Issues ranged from subpar workmanship to lengthy delays caused by frequent change orders. The founder and CEO of ARC Abatement, along with a business partner, established ARC Roofing.

A proud Texan with a drive for entrepreneurship, Ron Daniel co-founded ARC Roofing with Glenn Thomas in 2013. Having founded ARC Abatement, Daniel recognized the issues general contractors faced with roofing companies, which inspired the formation of ARC Roofing.

Daniel started ARC Abatement in his garage back in 1990. Today, the company is a leader in the environmental contracting sector, employing 300 people and generating annual revenues of around $22 million. In his role as president and CEO, Daniel directs the strategic vision for ARC Abatement and oversees business development, corporate strategy, and M&A initiatives.

Daniel is also involved in promoting safety, education, training, and licensing within the environmental contracting field. He holds various certifications and licenses across multiple industry areas. He is a family man, married with two kids.

During his leisure hours, he enjoys golfing and supporting the Texas Rangers and Dallas Cowboys.
