If you are looking for a great contractor do yourself a favor and call Chris. ARC Home Improvement is a family owned business that goes the extra mile for their customers. They are a pleasure to deal with. I had my roof replaced, a new HVAC system put in, and had all my windows replaced. They did an exceptional job on all. I am so impressed with them that I'm hiring them to come back and remodel my kitchen in a couple of months. ARC provided a great service at a fair price. You can't ask for more than that. I highly recommend them. I'm not one to leave reviews very often but I really felt compelled to do so in this case because of the quality and level of service I received from Chris and everyone else at his company. One last thing...the week they did my roof it was about 105 here in Lancaster. They were extremely nice and professional despite having to be on the roof in the blistering heat. I truly can't say enough positive things about them.

What a jerk!

First off it took me almost 5 minutes to repeat over and over ""Yes sir, I need some glass repaired"".. This guy keeps saying I dunno what your talking about.. Then he finally says oh yeah we have glass here.. I ask him about replacing a few broken windows on a house and he interrupts saying ""It's not worth it for me to do."". ?????? Huh? Isn't that what your business is? What a rude person, what a jerk.

When looking for a good company and contractor to fix your roof, flooring from weather damage, and any home repairs Chris Campus is your guy. He did a beautiful job with fixing our roof. In the past few years we had rain damage that was sinking our roof in and water was getting inside our home. We also needed the inside floor to be fixed from water damage from our old washing machine breaking down. The floor was sinking in (Might I add, our home is a mobile home). When looking for a good contractor my husband and myself didn't know where to look. We called one company previously and the guy didn't bother to show up when he said he would. When we got ahold of Chris he responded right away. He always keeps in contact and gets back to his customers very quick. When you are looking to replace your old windows Chris is the guy to call. He responded so fast to my messages and he came out the next day to take measurements. When the windows got here they came out and did a amazing job. The widows look amazing. We are definitely going to call him up with our future projects.

When your looking to put a brand new roof on and your searching for a good roofing company can be very challenging. This is not the easiest task. But when we had Chris come out everything became so simple. Chris and Jack we're so professional. We will definitely be calling them back for some more home improvement projects.

What can I say about ARC, but good things. These guys help me out with replacing a glass sliding doors at a good rate, with quick response. Nice genuine hard working guys, very professional. I will be using them for future projects with the house. Thanks guys.
