Very poor quality roof coating. Was promised a 15 year guarantee and within the first year of initial application we have encountered coating failure; had to apply patches ourselves after heavy rainfall literally caused ARC / Allegiance Roof Care's workmanship to wash off !

We now have obvious signs of water seepage through this failed coating on the ceiling. Were given the runaround incessantly; the owner William always has an excuse or a reason or limitation of warranty to practically render any guarantee of it inert. Multiple phone numbers makes it all the more difficult to contact.

$6100 washed away in the rain. Be forewarned and do not waste your money with this fly-by-night business.

Do not waste your money on this - he said we would have no leaks - we have a major leak - a flood in our living room - stay away from him.

William Wolf of ARC (Allegiance Roof Care), which is a licensed and insured company, worked on my lanai roof, and did an excellent job. They did a chemical wash, caulked and sealed all seams and hardware, applied a primer coat using Acrylux AC 64 clear, and a final coat of Acrylux Roof Coating. This not only protects the roof, but provides an insulating and sound reducing effect. He also provides an excellent warranty for his work . Services are provided on the entire Florida West Coast.
