Araujo roofing replaced a roof on my building last week. They sent their estimate quickly and were less expensive than the other bids. When another job rescheduled they offered me the time slot and got to work right away. It was great to finish just days ahead of the hurricane! They finished the job quickly, offered solutions to pooling problems we were having, and left the job site clean for my tenants. Perfect job!

My entire roof underlayment needed to be replaced. There had been some leaks over the years and it was time to get everything fixed. Jesus was very responsive and was quick to do an inspection. He emailed me an invoice with the costs of extra repairs if needed. Honestly, it was a good price from the start. I had a quote done back in 2019 and this was not much more than that. They did a great job taking the tiles off and repairing all the rotten wood. They updated the flashing on each of the vents and the chimney to the proper way of installation. They showed me all the damage each step of the way. I could not recommend these guys enough.

We hired Jesus and his team to help replace vents and underlayment felt paper prior to getting solar installed. Jesus was very quick and responsive with his quote and helped answer and alleviate any concerns I had. I did not have to wait long for work to start on my project (despite him being very busy). His team was very fast and efficient (completing the work sooner than estimated), and after cleanup, you couldn't tell that they were ever even there. They were prepared for any curveballs thrown their way (both via me and my solar company). His biggest challenge was finding replacement tiles (since mine were older and discontinued), but he was able to somehow still find replacement styles that matched my existing set. I would re-hire Araujo Roofing for any future work on my roof and recommend him for any roofing work to my family/friends without hesitation.

I highly recommend Araujo Roofing. Upon my request for estimates, Jesus sent his team Luis and Angle to check our leak. They went up the roof and quickly identified the cause of our leak (a broken tile next to the attic vent allowing water to run under the tiles) and explained to me what they would do to fix the issue. They also identified a number of other problems that will for sure cause leak in the future (they showed me the photo of the problems). Upon on received the report from Luis, Jesus gave me an very reasonable quote for fixing the specific issue my roof had, rather than like many other companies trying to get me to redo the whole roof.

Next day, Luis and Angle came back just like promised, quickly fixed all the issues, showed me the work they did with before and after pictures. They were quick but thorough -- lifted up all the tiles below the leak and replaced the underlayment all the way down to the gutter where water had gotten under the the broken tile and run down the roof.

I appreciated very much the way Jesus does business and his excellent team in Luis and Angle (They know what they are doing and Luis can clearly and happily explain what is going on). Would definitely go to them again next time.

Shoutout to Araujo Roofing . Reasonably priced, responsive and pleasant. They installed close to 6,000 sqft of concrete tiles, brought a large crew, worked all possible hours of the day and fixed all kinds of small issues that came up along the way. Even partnered seamlessly with the the solar company to prep the roof for the solar reinstall. Highly recommend!

We got several quotes from roofers to replace our 25-year-old asphalt tile roof on our 113-year-old house. Jesus gave us the most reasonable quote, so we gave Araujo Roofing the job. We originally thought there were three layers of asphalt tiles to be removed, but it turned out that there were FIVE layers and at the very bottom wood shake shingles! Jesus's crew worked fast -- even our neighbors commented on how fast they were working to get the job done. Turned out there was more that had to be done than we originally thought because there was some moisture damage and rotting wood under the last layer. More materials had to be purchased, so the price to replace our roof increased, but it ended up actually lower than the quotes we were given by other roofing companies! When Araujo Roofing completed the job (in 4 days!! including clean up), we had a beautiful new roof with high quality materials. Thank you, Jesus, Jorge, and crew for such an excellent job!!

The project was completed in the estimated timeframe, with attention to detail. The area was kept clean during the project and once complete all debris were removed.
