We had our ""A"" frame cabin re-roofed September 2020. Was not actually needing a roof but the existing was close to 20 years old and we are getting to the age it would be better done now than later. The sales person was very good and the subsequent Quality Control tech was also good. The day the roof was finished there were what they called ""fish eyes"" in the shingles. The crew worked very fast but I also discovered they weren't nailing the shingles properly. I pointed this out to the on Roof it Forward person who assured me all would be well and to not be concerned because there was a 2 year warranty on workmanship. It was not well and is not well today, May 10, 2022. I have continued to voice concerns about the shingles not laying down. Roof It filed a claim in my name, to Owens Corning, assuring me it was faulty shingles. Owens Corning tested the shingles and advised me they were fine. They also advised it was likely installation error. I had another roofer look at it and agreed it is not right and is an installation error. As of two days ago, I called to request the warranty for installation be utilized. I can't say I had the most congenial conversation and was finally told he'd try to have someone look at it, he didn't have time, he was on the other line trying to lock up some large $$ contract, So far, I've learned two things....fast ain't always good and just because someone says they help children in need.....doesn't mean they're going to be honest!
Called Roof it forward for a quote to replace out roof as it had a leak and we had plan to replace it entirely whether insurance covered it or not. Logan was amazing and very respectful and I would give him 5 stars. The company came it at a great quote of around 15K so we went with them. During the process my insurance decided the entire roof would be covered. Great but suddenly the price went from 15K to 25K! I spoke with the adjuster and they said they see this all the time! Ridiculous! The roof repair was quick and looks great. However I did develop a new leak with the next rain and it was due to the caulking around flashing they worked on at the chimney. I was told it was not covered under warranty to repair the paint on the ceilings because it was not ""the roof"" (literally happened with the first rain after the roof was installed) - Great customer service up front- bad after that. I am concerned with the ""warranty"" if anything else happens! Would not recommend
I met the representative from Roof It Forward thru a friend of mine as she had her roof replaced by them with no problems but, when they found out I had an insurance company that is never willing to pay any claims, they immediately turned me over to an adjuster and then we went from there to a law firm. Now it has been a year later and the claim has finally been settled, I gave them a call to let them know . This is where things go really bad, the representative would NOT give me an estimate on what the roof would cost and kept insisting that I tell him how much the insurance settled for !!! I would not give him this information and wanted a fair estimate for the roof and asked him ""What if they had settled at $40,000, how much would you charge me for the roof then ???""
He actually threw the phone down - Called me several times after that, I did not pick up. Several days later he finally sent me an e-mail with an estimate of AROUND $17,999 - are you kidding me !! I got 2 additional estimates that were $4,000 and $5000. less. I did not have a contract with them, they not do any measurements or anything and now they are sending me a cancellation fee of $1200. stating they had done TONS of paperwork, they did nothing but put it in the hands of adjuster. It looks like I am going to involve my lawyer in this matter. I wish I could have given them a MINUS one star !!!
Havi G.I should give them zero stars. After 4 years of leaks on different parts of the roof and damage to my home, I had to pay to have the roof done again. Guess what? We found rotten wood that had not been replaced. 1x8s that had not been nailed (wood warps and it damages the shingles), drip edge not installed, and step flashing not installed and the original one was left and was full of holes. Not only did they breach the warranty contract by not coming to inspect within 30 days the first time I reported a leak on a stairway hall, I endured over 8 crews coming over to ""patch up"" with caulk (a temporary fix), and the last straw, water leaked from the roof into a hanging light fixture on the entry hall. They came out, did NOT fix as stated by them and wanted to charge me $150 to send another crew again. I notified them of the leak again by the end of March 2021. They breached the contract again as nobody came to inspect or repair. Georgia law states they have 30 days to inspect and 14 more to repair. By now, they should have replaced the whole roof and paid for repairs to home damage. Check my complaint on the BBB and you'll see how they evaded everything and had my complaint closed after I agreed (and I have it in writing from them) to have them come to my house. They are ""if you cannot win, bully them"" but I already submitted a complaint to the FTC. Let's see if they can buy out the FTC.gov as well.

I DO NOT Recommend
It took almost a year to have my roof completed. It is now 2 years later and....
1. Gutter Guards that they removed to install and replace roof are a disaster after they tried to reinstall them - house looks terrible.
2. Had leaks 3 separate times after installation that took them months to solve. Still not sure and they damaged some plumbing when in attic.
3. They still have not come back to repair the inside damage.
4. Roof is warped as they did not replace the decking/plywood.
5. Damaged /subpar installation of shingles
We have been unbelievably patient - Again, It's been 2 years.
I could go on.
I do not recommend this company.
Please see the photo's for evidence.

I set up an appointment with this company about 3 weeks ago to diagnose a small leak I had in my roof. The lady who took down my information over the phone was very friendly and seemed to appreciate my call.
A couple of days later someone came by and took a look at the leak. He was also very professional. He later would email me the quote to fix. I thanked him for the quote and let him know in a week or so. After no luck in getting anyone else on the phone, I emailed him back and said I would like to have the work done but had some questions about the work being done.
After 3 days, I got no response so I called him and of course it went to voicemail. So I left him a message saying I agreed with the quote but had some questions before proceeding. That call was 3 days ago and still no reply. The email has still gone unanswered as well.
I feel like I'm literally begging these people to take my money, but apparently they don't want my business since I didn't sign the quote right away.
Based on the other less than stellar reviews here, it seems it may be a good thing they have been ignoring me. I will attempt to find another roofer, but here in Georgia reputable roofers are a fairy tale.
Note: I found this company through the Trust Dale website. But seeing this is the second time a company Dale recommended turned out to be a dud, it looks like I can't ""Trust Dale"" either.
If I could give 0 stars I would. 4 and a half years ago ARAC installed a new roof on our house. One week later they had to come fix a serious leak onto the front porch. A week after that they had to come fix the same leak again. Fast forward 4 years later and we had the roofing cap shingles blow off. After talking to two people, they quit returning my calls and refused to fix the cap. I had to hire another roofer. Fast forward a few months later and the original leak is pouring back onto my front porch. I don't know how they are still operating.
Quran35 ..these guys and girls were so great we needed a roof so bad they called back and was really fast to com out and give us a quote .Russ came out took pictures completely professional straight and to the point thats what we like explained the paperwork in detail gave us a ton of options they have so many options it was hard to choose . we picked what we loved he explained it all again signed the papers set up a date and thats was it that simple when the crew came out there was plastic tarp all around the house to keep the trash off the ground love that . incredible difference i can believe the difference i will refer Roof It Forward to anyone i just cant say enough about how impressed i was with how easy ad stress free the whole process was from the Hoskins Family in Blue Ridge Ga thank you so much God Bless
ARAC did a good job with my roof. They were timely and my consultant (Hayden Bray) walked me through the process from start to finish. Quality of materials and work was good also. Hayden was good to work with and I would certainly recommend to others.
They did our roof 2019 . Did not flash properly . roof leaked 2 weeks after it was done. They came out and said its not their fault its the copper dormer. They just fixed the sheetrock inside the house and left. I called another well respected roofing company who came to inspect and said roof it forward did not flash properly at all. Multiple emails to wes phillips have gone unanswered. I am thinking of pursuing legal action in Cherokee county.
